Our stay on the houseboat was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. The crew went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing impeccable service throughout our stay. They were always attentive to our needs while maintaining a sense of privacy and relaxation.

Overall, this was an incredible experience, and we would recommend staying on the houseboat to anyone seeking relaxation and a unique getaway.

The houseboat really surprised us with its grandeur. Looks fantastic with exquisite wooden carvings and grandly worked floors and walls. Has all the facilities for a comfortable stay. Food is delicious. Mr.Abid is really warm and friendly. Overall a must have experience.

We made the best decision to choose this houseboat for our kashmir trip. The staff was super friendly and polite. Took care of us like family. They even upgraded our normal room to a honeymoon suite which was really beautiful. The interior was amazing. The food was delicious specially their mutton kabab. This house boat in nigeen Lake is the best and literally is a jewel in crown of Srinagar. We had included the shikara ride as well which is a must in this package.

The most amazing place I’ve been to……The view and the terrace is a must see… Good aesthetics….

Location is excellent. The view from the terrace is awesome. Food is also very good, like homely. They have very good quality saffron. The owner Asif Wagnu has upgraded our room to premium room without any extra charges. They have given us good quality heating system.

The Jewel in Crown houseboats are luxurious and giving you a lifetime experience. If you’re planning to stay in Srinagar highly recommended. Food is average but the vibe of this place was so serene,had so much fun there. Abid is a wonderful host and caretaker.

The houseboat is outfitted very well and is clean and tidy. This experience was further enhanced by Abid. He took care of us so well and made the experience magical. Abid's brand of hospitality has been referred to again and again in trip advisor and it remains absolutely factual. His warmth, smile and can do attitude makes one want to return. Thank you Abid. We will not forget.

The entire experience was an outstanding one! 
It started  with a complimentary Shikara provided by the houseboat to pick you up from the ghat. The room was spacious, tidy and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very cooperative. Later, they served us a lavish meal that included 8 dishes. Overall, it was a beautiful stay. The room was about 40 m2 equipped with all necessary toiletries... Food was delicious... The property smelt fresh...

The stay here was very cozy n comfortable a must recommend stay the houseboat is not like one in dal jheel n luxury houseboat the staff here is very comfortable n the food us also very amazing must stay on this houseboat

Best experience of a houseboat

One of the finest houseboats in srinagar, nigeen lake. From the point of entry till checkout everything was smooth and fun. Captain Abid is very generous and cooperative host. Rooms were maintained excellent, toilets were clean too. Hot waters were given at a particular timings. Food (Nonveg) tasted good too. All in all wonderful experience.
