Marlton

Hotel Marlton is a lovely family run hotel in a perfect location on a side street off Papadiamante Street. Dimitris the owner and his family are really welcoming and helpful. I stayed in the new wing in a lovely large room with two single beds pushed together. There was a fridge, air con, TV, plenty of storage, comfortable beds and pillows. The large bathroom had good shower with curtain. Water was hot. There were little bottles of shampoo/body wash and little bars of soap. Hairdryer on request. Lovely large balcony with table and chairs and washing line. Nice pool area with a few sun loungers. Adequate breakfast, cereal, eggs, cheese, ham, tinned fruit, yoghut, pastries, coffee and fruit juice. There is no toaster or tea. Dimitris will happily bring you a pot of hot water and tea bag. WiFi was only available in the reception area while I was there. Beds made and room cleaned everyday and towels and bedding changed every other day.
