Karafelas Hotel

I visited Hotel Karafelas for the first week of September. I had room 17 on the front of the hotel. It was clean and spacious. I was initially concerned it might be a little too noisy but not at all. The street went quiet earlier than I thought and the double glazing blocked the sound of late night scooters. The room did smell of smoke but I got used to that, especially as people still smoke on bars and some restaurants too. There was crockery supplied and a good fridge but there was nowhere to make a drink. All of the staff were attentive and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a centrally located value hotel in Skiathos.
