My room was clean and tidy, every thing function well and all the staff were friendly and efficient. And the location suited perfectly with the grocery within couple hundred metre away.

Everything was smooth and check-in process was quick, supermarket close to the building and a lot of restaurants and banks also

We enjoyed our stay! Location was central and close to shopping. Will recommend!

I stayed for my Birthday weekend 4 days with 4 ppl in the penthouse and it was great. Very lil issue with the hot water but was fixed. We all really enjoyed our stay

Rented room for the jacuzzi.  First room jacuzzi didn't work and no hot water for shower. Paid extra 20 dollars to upgrade to better suite the second night.. that was a great suite with a working jacuzzi and hot water for showers.. great staff. But they the property owners need to make sure the hot water is working and if the jacuzzi is listed that it works. Or at least warn the guest if it's not

You deserve to stay here! Hidden gem in the good part of town.  The checkin process seemed like it was going to be a hassle but it was the best communication experience ive had traveling. The jacuzzi suite  and all the rooms are worth the price. Didnt get to use the pool or gym. Easily are more afforablw than hotels in the arra with better amenities.  Close to the best supermarket.  And shopping centers.

The building is located in a great area. The area is quiet and night and safe. The unit has lots of closet space if you are planning on staying here long term. I also loved that this unit came with a washer and dryer. It's very spacious. There is a supermarket at the end of the street and there are lots of restaurants close by.  The pool was unavailable when I stayed here since it is being renovated but I did not need to use it. I would check with the location before booking if that is something that you really need. I stayed here for one night, but this will definitely be on my favorite's list when I go back to the Dominican Republic.

I’m lemont from New York , this is my second stay at this hotel I was so in shock after my first stay I didn’t get a chance to leave a review . I brought my little brother with me and he was so amazed . Super clean super friend staff 24/7 on call . The luxury penthouse is my recommendation. Thank you for having me . We will be back soon . I had to cut short our trip and the apartment staff was very accommodating. This is a good size apartment in an upscale area in Santo Domingo. There is a big supermarket a few minutes away and a few dining options (on the posh side) in the area. There is a big mall nearby (15 min walk) - AgoraMall. Other than that this is basically a residential neighbourhood but Uber is cheap and safe in DR.

Very friendly and helpful staff! A great stay overall. We stayed in the penthouse jacuzzi suite, but the jacuzzi did not work. Even when maintenance came to show us he explained its broken and does not bubble, its just like a hot bath. The rest of the building was very nice and well kept. Overall it was a nice stay and i would recommend anyone to stay here.

The property was great with a nice view. Everything works. But there was only a bottle of water in the fridge. Nothing else. No liquid soap, no paper towel. I had to buy everything. This was disappointing. There is a minimum of amenities required in the property for the listed price of rental. I was also very limited while cooking. A few things were missing in the kitchen. I blamed Expedia and other American vendors for not engaging these clients about quality of service aiming at satisfying customers. I stayed at other places in Dominican Republic for less money and the service was better.

Chose this hotel solely for the hotel.  It was not clean almost the entire stay despite my wife repeatedly asking about this.  Also the sink leaked in the kitchen so water collected into the cabinet below which then would get all over the tile floor and was very slippery.  This was also requested to be fixed but did not get repaired till our last day.  Slipped and fell because of this.  Could use more items in the kitchen for preparation an storage of food.   Internet was good, beds comfortable, and AC was nice and cold.

Nice secure hotel, but needs attention to detail

Staff are friendly and helpful and office staff speak good english👍, the reception is 24 hours....location is quiet and National/Nacional supermarket is 200m away so 2 minute walk. Many resturants close by. The apartment has plenty of so space and is quite modern. Aircon works well... Kitchen is great... Has everything you need. You can walk to the Blue Mall in 20 mins and to the Agora Mall in 15 minutes. This apartment hotel is excellent value for money location is great👍
