Great customer service and even better property

It was absolutely perfect! Clean and fully equipped kitchen- more than I expected. Bed was very comfortable. Hot tub was up and running.  It was very nice!

We have stayed at this property a few times but stayed in a 3 bedroom this year for the first time.  The property is beautiful and is ski in and ski out.  3 bedrooms, with one of the bedrooms up on the mezzanine.  It's got a full kitchen with 2 bathrooms.  There's a outdoor hot tub which is perfect to relax in after a long day of skiing.  The property is a bit pricey but the convenience being next to the chairlift is definitely worth it.

Stayed at Tremblant Elysium Etoile Du Matin for a week in February for a ski vacation and loved our condo. We were in unit 1510-01 which was a one bedroom condo, the condo was spacious with heated bathroom floors and a fireplace. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. There was a washer and dryer (although was a little old) did the trick. We purchased our ski tickets in advance so we could literally get up and walk 20 feet to the versant soleil chairlift. The casino was short 5 min walk away. A shuttle ran every half an hour down to the village from the casino, because the village is a 5 min drive away (you couldn’t walk there). Only negative about this is that the casino is closed mon/tues/wed so therefore no shuttle. This was disappointing because we had to drive to the village those nights for dinner. This was the only negative about the condo that we weren’t aware of before we booked. 
There was a beautiful hot tub outside the condo for all residents, but it was never too busy we used it every day after skiing. 
The bed was a bit hard for my liking but my husband didn’t mind it. 
Overall the place was beautiful and we will definitely rent again! 

Our unit was 1510-27, 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The unit was well equipped and very clean. Beds were a tiny bit hard but we still slept well. The hotel is still cleaning up after the flood damage, so pool, underground parking, etc, still closed off. One minute to  casino. One minute to gondola (but it was closed until further notice). 10 minute drive to village, 15 to St. Jovite.

Overall impressed by the experience! 

Our condo was a minute walk from the Tremblant Casino, so we were just as close to the Casino Express Gondola that goes to the village and back with an insane view!

Some amenities I feel are worth mentioning are the free indoor parking, a well equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, utensils, plates, etc) however nothing to cook with (salt, pepper, coffee, etc), cable TV, DVD player, fireplace, and more. My favorite was the complimentary unlimited gondola passes, which I used to get to the 360° observation tower!

There were some negatives. The tap water tasted bad, probably due to the fact that our condo was on the bottom floor. There were also a few issues with cleanliness. There were some very sticky surfaces in the kitchen and the oven needed cleaning. Our condo was completely carpeted except for the entrance leading to the kitchen, and the bathroom. The carpet covering the rest of the place was visibly dirty to the point where I personally didn't feel comfortable walking around without shoes on the carpet.

BUT, based on reviews and photos from other guest's stays, I believe that most of the rooms do not have these issues.

Regardless, I definitely intend to return to Elysium! Though I would for sure call in advance to request a room higher up without carpeted floors. Elysium is a beautiful place with plenty offer and I look forward to coming back! 

Beautiful chalet on the mountain, ski in ski out, view of the mountain, hot tub. Unfortunately our trip was less then magical due to the terrible beds that seemed like they were 20 years old consisting of a mish mash of broken springs. They squeaked everytime you moved slightly and gave us all sore backs. I hope they'll be replacing the mattresses after we complained. For the price we paid and the beautiful finishes of the rest of the chalet this was really unacceptable.

Perfect Ski In & Ski Out

Perfect location.  Wonderful pool.  Gondola from the Cassino to town is awesome.  To me, the fireplace, hot tub, ski in - ski out and easy transportation to town makes this location ideal.  I have stayed twice.  Two different places.  Each time, I have to medicate to sleep in the bed.  My back hurts.  Even though I love everything about this place, until the beds get changed, I can't stay there any more.  Such a shame.

We had a lovely condo with our own serene private patio to BBQ.   Condo was clean and nicely decorated with a fully stocked kitchen.  I would have given this place a 5 star but because of the sagging and poor comfort of the king size bed, it is dropped to 3 star.  The bed is horrible with dips and noisy.   You will not have a good nights sleep 

Nice relaxing place 

The pool at this time of the year is no open but the spa was suppose to be but no both were close. For the rest very nice condo.
