We found this little gem delightful.  Wonderful shower, stylish surroundings, nice and toasty with the heater, friendly owner, fridge and microwave too.  Television and WiFi too.Near town. Great price. Definitely recommend.

We are staying here tonight ,this place is so luxurious ,man who showed us around was a lovely gent ,the room has kitchenette beautifully decorated and immaculately clean best shower too !5 minuits walk into town  Worth every penny ,don't want to leave !

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in May whilst touring the Rockies and were more than pleasantly surprised by the experience. The place was spotless, the room spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, and the owners - Steve and Patty - efficient, responsive and helpful. We stayed in a variety of places during our 10 days in Canada and this little gem was right up there with the best of them for its comfort, location and facilities!

Wow, what a fantastic little place to stay and only about 800 metres to the heart of town an easy 10-15 if you want to walk. The room with ensuite is downstairs from main accomodation in the basement. It is very private. Modern decor, very clean and fresh smelling. Good quality linens and towels. Well equipt small kitchenette in one corner of room, also club chair to sit and relax. Large flat screen Samsung TV wall mounted. Everything for comfort has been considered here. To me the small things make a difference between a good stay and an excellent one. There were ample power plugs for charging devices/cameras etc., ensuite had lots of counter space plus a shelf and hooks, there was a small fold up table and chairs in cupboard for extra seating. The host, Patty, was friendly and helpful. I wish we could of stayed longer than just the one night. I would highly recommend staying here if you have time in Jasper.

On arrival we were told all the information we needed by the owner in a very blunt way but that was it, we didn't see any staff member again during our 6 night stay. Our room was clean & fairly spacious with good wifi, location was very good.  A great bonus was watching a mother Black Bear & her cub eating fruit in a tree across the road one morning, Tip, if you want to see bears in Jasper drive around in the morning looking out for Parks Canada vehicles as they escort the bears out of town, we saw another mother & cub by doing this, much better success rate than driving around the forest roads

My husband and I stayed here only for one night but were extremely happy with the accommodation and location.  We were a little early when we arrived but the owner was happy to show us around and explain all about the facilities.  Yes it is in the basement of the property but it has been converted very well and we did not have a problem with it being below ground.  You have all you need for your stay with the kitchenette and lovely bathroom.  Would stay again.

Very nice place to stay, with a friendly host. The room is below the floor level, very nice, with a small kitchenette. Close to the city center where you can find anything you want. Cool place in a cool town.

What we liked: 
- Very clean.
- Very quiet.
- Acceptable beds.
What we didn't like: 
- It is not B&B because there is no breakfast offered, but it does not seem to be advertised to be.
- There is no AC in the room, but because the rooms are in the basement, it was not very hot, just acceptably hot.
- There is no active ventilation in the bathroom. This was the worst.
- There is no outside area, where one can seat to enjoy the evening.
- There is only one chair in the room.  


Just a place to sleep

The house is quiet and well appointed. Unfortunately there isn’t any air conditioning and it was very warm while we were there. We understand that they aren’t used to those kinds of temps though, so we dealt with it as best we could. The biggest disappointment was finding an extra charge from them on our credit card statement. When I called to inquire as to why, I was informed that it’s an adult-only place and we didn’t mention children. While it’s true that we didn’t (because at any place we’ve ever stayed children are free), there isn’t anywhere I’ve seen online that mentions they’re adult-only. In fact, the description on Google specifically says kid-friendly. We weren’t given any advance notice of an extra charge either. I guess I’d just beware and make sure to read everything before booking with them. Definitely not a nice way to end our trip.

Clean but extra charge…

These people decided to charge us $100 AFTER we left for having 2 small children, and claiming that they "emailed us."  

Tiny room, no vent in the bathroom.

The temp was 90 degrees Fahrenheit and there is no air conditioning.  

The bed was tiny, less than a full.  

Shady practice.  Would not use these people.
