A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the following surcharges: Pet fee is €5,00/day/pet Periodical fees for electricity & water consumptions: The all-in consumption of electricity and water consumption (from 1 October through to 30 April) • Weekend : max. 100kwh electricity and max. 2m³ water • Midweek : max. 150kwh electricity and max. 3m³ water • Week : max 200kwh electricity and max 4m³ water. Penalties of overconsumptions: 0,60€/kWh and 5,50€/m3, it will be deducated from the security bond paid. The all-in consumption of electricity and water consumption (from 1 May through to 30 September) • Weekend : max. 60kwh electricity and max. 2m³ water • Mid-week : max. 80kwh electricity and max. 3m³ water • Week : max 140kwh electricity and max 4m³ water.
