Theflat has two isolated rooms: 15 sq.m with a bed and a medium-hard mattress 180x200 and 19 sq.m. with a double sofa bed 140x240 with a medium-hard mattress and a 40 mm thick mattress pad, an insulated loggia of 5.6 sq.m. with a double sofa bed 140x195, a kitchen of 12.8 sq.m. with a double sofa bed 140x205 for guests and another loggia: a hookah bar with two frameless seats and an equipped table. Transparent film is glued on both loggias and in the bedroom. Film characteristics: reflection of ultraviolet radiation, reflection of solar heat in the spring-autumn period. Pivot-and-tilt systems are installed on the windows and doors of the loggias and the bedroom, which suppress street noise. A flow-through water heater is installed, a 7.3 kW boiler, available when hot water is turned off in the summer. There are TVs in both rooms and in the kitchen of the QLED series. There are blankets, a hair dryer, a steamer and an iron, 8 sets of bed linen: 10 bath towels, 10 medium-sized towels, 9 pairs of slippers, 10 down and feather and 1 hypoallergenic pillow, 4 pairs of winter and 4 pairs of summer blankets, faucets with serviced cartridges, a 7 kg sensor washing machine, an oven, a microwave oven, an induction hob, a dishwasher for 12 sets of dishes, an extractor hood, a vandal-proof 2-meter refrigerator, dishes, glasses, shot glasses, glasses and cutlery for 10 people, a toilet and a bath, a table and chairs.

The flat can accommodate 9 people at a time on the main beds and 2 people on additional beds: one inflatable mattress and one wadded mattress. Both loggias have fan heaters with the function of maintaining the required temperature, up to 49 degrees. High-speed Internet up to 100 Mbit/s. All windows overlook the avenue on the 10th floor of an 18-story building. There are two high-speed elevators in the entrance, one of them is a freight elevator. Hookah: stainless steel kaloud, lighter with lights: Type-C charger, coal stove, tobacco, coals and a hookah table for an additional fee. Upon request, guests can be provided with access to an insulated, warm storage room on the floor for storing things. Guests have at their disposal an open parking lot with a barrier belonging only to residents of this house: spaces are always available, a remote control is provided.
