The property and the owner Nam has simply exceeded every expectation we have about the property. Our 7-day stay was simply exceptional. We are very frequent travellers and travel to South East Asia on a regular basis, and this place was one of the best we have stayed in. Amenities and the rooms are exactly as described and shown on the pictures. Wifi was super strong, we do a lot of work online, the quality of the internet was sufficient to have a proper video call. The breakfast was prepared especially for us, on the spot even tho it is not a buffet breakfast, you can choose as many items as you want, which is an unusual and excellent bonus. It is extremely clean and the beds are comfortable. Location is a just a 5 min walk from the old town, close enough for a nice evening walk and far enough to get a lovely quiet night sleep. Beach is about 5-10 min scooter ride or 20-30 min cycling, very easy ride - you can opt-in to see the lovely rice paddies. It is also a great value for the money, for all you receive was great. The owner Nam and the lovely lady helping her run the place are just spectacular, kind, nice, attentive. They helped us with everything we needed, from renting a scooter (great price) to organize a taxi to the airport, laundry, just everything you need. Nam went above an beyond as she offered us a complimentary dinner, as we had a week-long stay, woke up at 4:30 in the morning to cook us breakfast before we had to leave for the airport and even gave as a souvenir as a present from Hoi An. What an exceptional lady, what a phenomenal customer service. Will definitely recommend it, will definitely come back if we go to Hoi An again! Nam, thank you so much for everything, you are a total star!!!
