The apartment we touched was excellent! with a very beautiful view to the front. Clean, all new, equipped in a very pleasant way. Super comfortable and very good dimensions. At a very convenient price for the category and style of the apartment, compared to other options in Punta del Este. Ana, the manager, is a very hardworking and efficient person, who has everything under control. Surely without her the place would not be what it is! we recommend it and would be delighted to return.

We went as a family to spend a weekend and it really dazzled us! a super clean apartment, with large area and very correct equipment. we arrived at the nightclub and were very kind to welcome us past the entrance hour. the spacious terrace deserves a separate chapter as it is very enjoyable and has a beautiful view. the lady in charge of the building is very kind and has a solution for everything.

I was in January. It's dirty. It's badly maintained. Colchons with stains. Dirty curtains. Dirty balcony. The grill was rotten. The grill was rotten. Minimum seats. The jacuzzi in summer is NOT working. Miss Ana's treatment is bad. And please don't erase my opinion from the locals.

Very nice department, clean, tidy and complete! excellent location, and attention from all people. the staff was particularly kind and helped us and advised us in every concern we had. i would definitely return! excellent vacation!!!

A place that exceeds expectations!

As for the living room, it's spacious and even the chair has the possibility to make a bed in case of receiving any guests who need to stay asleep. I think that depending on the rate, sometimes it charges more if tenants are booked, in our case we have no problem, but any department recommends that they consult the good guys who manage everything! It is located at the height of the 16/18 parking lot (it's a 3rd floor of the beach and depending on which date the hotel is located on the 16th floor or the next 18th floor).

Excellent departments and service from the administrators!

Not only was the kitchen dirty, but when I went to the bedroom I found the mattress with moisture stains, insect excrement on the walls, mattress seams and sockets, pillows with blood and mold stains, to complete it I went to the bathroom and I found a chinche, curtains with dead mosquitoes and blood stains.

Disaster is a disaster.

Along with my husband and one of our daughters, we stayed for 10 nights in February in one of the two-room apartments (1 comfortable bedroom with bathroom en suite, kitchen integrated into the living dining room, toilet and balcony. The living chair becomes a bed). Spacious, functional, with modern and well-kept furniture, very good white quality, fully equipped kitchen and good quality of utensils and dishes. Sizeable kitchen. My only good suggestion is that you air condition the pool because the water is too cold. The location is at the height of Parada 18 and one third of the beach to which you can walk perfectly. But to go to the supermarkets and all the necessary cleaning is the el. The apartment of the building must be perfectly cleaned. The apartment of the building must be cleaned. The Emerald is a clean apartment building. It's about 2 years old, super stylish and comfortable. It's possible to wash in your own kitchen. It's absolutely safe to park in a closed parking lot. It's 5 minutes' walk from the beach, about 5 km from the center and the port. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The big grill that's fixed on every balcony is a dreamlike one, inspiring the Uruguayan grill culture! The pool invites browns rather than swimming. Unfortunately, in the gym there are only trainers and no gymnasts. It was the residence of the whole holiday! Really fantastic! We were there for one more week and would love to stay.
