This was the tail end of Trinidad duplex (owner) rental Christmas Day “surprise” - Tommy’s in Trinidad deductions. I had an appt w/Mr. $….
The 8 was super hard to find, from Trinidad Colorado, with the wrong address input GPS, but the reservation stood! Glad I discovered my finger error at the dead-end of S 79th East! I ended up making 8’s on the under construction cloverleaf .
But the party goes on.
Check in was efficient, noise outside was not, smell inside 115 was not either, sheets neither.
For all bad things-equally good returns & that’s how it goes.
Keep partying, BG Service increased BlackDiamond’s MPG.

Ain’t the kinda place, I’d recommend, but on the $; good for next day party - Maui Wowie from Trinidad!

Lobby smelled of someone smoking weed. Room was disgusting dresser was busted, scared to use the jacuzzi tub. Will be complaining in the morning since it is midnight and we have to be up at 5am! Will never use reservations.com again! We were even promised a separate jacuzzi in the room.

I feel sorry for the front desk workers who are left to apologize for the horrible conditions of this place. I was given a room I did not even want to sit down in let alone let my child sleep in. It didn't even look like it had been cleaned. The jetted tub literally had a dirt ring in it!!! The stairwell had been urinated in so you had to walk in someone else's pee. The smoke was so stale in the air you couldn't  breathe. I didn't touch anything and immediately felt the need to sanitize! Thankfully I was refunded.  Will never be back. Needs to be shut down and disinfected!!!

Disgusting

We booked through priceline after reading that they had good cleanliness reviews for a hotel of this class and were disgusted to find that upon turning off the lights I felt something in the bed move. I turned the light back on to multiple roaches crawling all over the bedside tables, up the bed, and in and out of the coffee machine and caddy. Absolutely horrendous level of cleanliness and for a non-smoking room it was fairly inundated with the scent as well, as someone with asthma the room was bordering on unbearable without the bugs, absolutely disgusting.

Never stay here

First let me say this is a ghetto getaway extraordinaire.  Not a safe place to be, drug addicts where passed out on heroin in the parking lot.  We found a crack pipe in our room in a drawer, along with residue,  the whole hallway and our room (non smoking) reeked of marijuana.  There were burn marks on all the night stands etc.  Second our son is disabled and has a service animal, we proclaimed this upon booking the room,  Upon check in the clerk told my wife that we could not have pets, we told him it is not a pet,  The clerk then stated that we did not disclose this when booking and that we could not have pets,  He then proceeded to ask a bunch of questions like for his papers  and proof we needed it.  This is contrary to ADA law. THey finally allowed the animal but for our entire stay the staff watched us like hawks and made us feel uncomfortable  They made us to feel like we where doing something the entire time, we did not feel welcome at all.  Perhaps if they made the trash that infests the other rooms to feel like this we would not be finding crack pipes in our room.

The smell of smoke is overwhelming, even in non-smoking areas/rooms. Very out dated furnishing, not at all like pictured. Rusty/dirty bathroom. The pool was nice but tiny. Ghetto outside doors.

Made a long trip wanted a nice relaxed weekend but in return had to clean the room properly and had 2 restless nites due to other guest fighting all nite so there for will not go back to rent there ever again

Checked in to this hotel on a weekend just before Christmas. When I arrived the parking lot was totally empty except a car up by the entrance. This must belong to the lady working there. I checked in my room #103 and hadn't been in it 10 minutes when I saw a giant cockroach on the bed. I promptly gathered my stuff, went to the front desk and asked to check out. I explained the cockroach on the bed, told her I could handle old furniture, but not roaches and she checked me out. She was extremely nice, and acted like it had happened before. I told her I could handle old furniture, but I could not sleep with roaches. She said they "had bug bombed the smoking rooms toward the back of the hotel, and that the roaches must have moved toward the front." As she was checking out, what looked like a permanent resident of the place came riding around the corner from the long hallway on a bicycle! I promptly got my receipt and left. DO NOT STAY HERE! Nice staff, but roaches and sketch people.

I booked the room for a sleepover for my granddaughters 9th birthday. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and the hot tub. The property is well kept and clean. Our room had to double queen beds and a pull-out sofa. The employees of the hotel were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The continental breakfast was good. I love that they have a waffle maker :-)
