At check in the staff member was too busy talking to her boyfriend to answer any question or even notice i was a Hilton Honors member. (as diamond member I am supposed to get 2 bottles of water and a snack at check in). Had to wait almost 5 minutes for her to end call to get information on restaurants in the area.  Got to the room to find the AC off and the room a toasty 85F.  Took 90 minutes to get it comfortable at 72F.  The towel rack by the sink was broken and the towel that should have been on it was missing.  Went to use the bathroom and found out the toilet paper holder was broken such that when I tried to get some toilet paper I had to chase the toilet paper down as it rolled out of the bathroom into the main room when the holder fell apart in 4 pieces.  Luckily the shower worked.  Went down the next morning and reported the issues with the hope they could be fixed while I was out in the field; (asked that they at least put a towel by the sink if they couldn't fix the towel rack).  Got back 10 hours later to find the room exactly as I left it; no towel and the toilet paper on the floor.  Went down to the to the front desk to ask about repairs and was told they were being sold and no repairs were being done. Asked about lack of water/snacks and was told the new owners had discontinued that service.  Asked about the gaurentee of satisfaction or free and was told that it didn't apply.  At that point I checked out and drove 5.5 hours home to get a good nights sleep and a bathroom with toilet paper that was stationary.

Rude and broken

There was blood on one of the comforters in my double queen. The other one did not have sheets on it. There were no towels in my room, no amenities either. And this is after I had to change rooms because their entire fourth floor rooms are for smokers. Originally I was upgraded to a smoking room.

Not clean!

No pool to use asked for a discount the lady checking us in was rude. Blankets had stains and tears the breakfast the bacon was over cooked coffee was just fair. shower was cold water at 630 am towels were just ok 

Maybe

Spent the night in Pearsall, Texas.  When we arrived, the lobby was very dim and nobody at the front desk. When the clerk arrived, she jus asked if we were checking in. She never greeted us. She handed us our room key and told us where the elevators were.  Upon entering our room, we noticed the bed was not made well, and the pillowcases were very wrinkled. We felt the bed had not been changed. We went back down to change rooms and the same clerk never apologized.  She just gave us a new room key. She also told us that there would be no breakfast because of the holiday (Christmas Eve). I choose the Hampton because of the breakfast and I know they include that in your room rate. The bathroom has several cracks in the sink and the faucet and water spout were very crusty with hard water. They did provide coffee in the lobby, but it was lukewarm. 

Very Disappointed

Just don't stay there!! I try not to be overly critical but this place is a train wreck. Sanitation does not exist. I used Lysol wipes to wipe down surfaces upon check in and it was filthy. The floor was not vacuumed and the bathroom floor was very sticky. My bathtub and toilet had brown water stains and there was a dirty used towel hanging in the bathroom. Linens were stained and dingy....no bleach used here.

Room sanitation beyond horrible!!

I am a gold status HH member, and this was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Stained sheets, musky smell in hallway, customer service non-existent, several live wasps (or hornets) in the bathroom, tub dirty, found open box of condoms in the nightstand (seriously), coffee that was so dilute etc etc.   

Run down place

1 st night no water in room 103 that made us move, then the phone didn't work and no wake up call. I was there for 2 nights, I asked for room service and to fix phone.  When I got in no towels and phone still not working,  the lady at front desk at night time was helpful,  but the service front morning shift was not there, and they blamed it on nee hires. Which I believe that the other employees should follow threw,  which they did not.  The water sprinkler over the bed area doesn't look safe.  I am wanting 3x points please,  and was not given water or snacks on entry even when I told the lady I was a diamond member,  she said, talk to the day that comes in at 5am, not cool

Bad hotel

Filthy, nasty bathroom sink with blood or other liquid and multiple pubic hairs. Desk clerk was rude and talked in a condescending manner. I checked in around 745p, told her about the room, and she called the GM around 8p to tell her the situation. They refused to call in a housekeeper---I understand that at night---but the desk clerk DID NOT ONCE offer to clean the room or try to satisfy me. There were no other rooms available and when I told the clerk that I'd call the health dept if they didn't clean it, she told me that the GM said I would have to leave immediately or they would call police. They offered to book me at the only other hotel with a vacancy, a poorly rated budget motel across the street. Instead I drove a half hour away to a beautiful Best Western that is clean and cares about guests. What is a guest supposed to do in that situation? I asked the clerk if the owner would call me and she said, "He's a doctor, he's not going to call you." Huh??? I'm a Hilton Diamond member and have never seen a bathroom that dirty. Plus an owner that doesn't care about guests.

Dirty And Overall Bad Experience. Don't Stay Here.

The staff was very very rude and their personal presentation was below zero they looked dirty they had jail tattoos on their fingers and their uniforms were not ironed. I do not recommend this hotel due to my bad experience with the staff.

Vacation

The employees make you feel like you are home. The front desk girls are always smiling and greeting you Ramona the breakfast lady makes sure you do eat before leaving this place is awesome we been here for months now and we love it here!
