I didn't like that  there wasn't someone in the office but for a few minutes of the time we were there.

Was very disappointed did not stay telephone in room was broke they tried to tape it back together bathroom floor had water all around stool asked about it was told it leaks sometimes ended up canceling 8 days that were booked and went elsewhere room was to hot and no way to turn ac down some

No one was at the counter to check in . No one was on property. I called no one answered my call. I  left a message. . Went to dinner 45 minutes later I came back still on one at counter to check in. I did not stay at hotel requesting a refund on my money

Property is super dated and full of elm bugs. I was bit by something every night I stayed there. Decor inside looks like a late 80’s early 90’s Time Machine. Doorway to bathroom is so small you have to walk in sideways to get in bathroom. TV is the nicest thing in the room but it’s sitting on a dresser that is so small it mine as well be on the floor. There is a swamp cooler that runs all night and there’s no way to turn it off. The fridge is probably close to original, it sound like a Mack truck when it kicks on. The walls are so thin I could here people snoring on both sides of my room. I could even hear the phone vibrating on the neighbors nightstand so yeah, paper thin walls. On top of that my room backed up to the maintenance room I got to hear the imbalanced washer run all evening. Basically, if you can. Stay anywhere but here. Once you check in you are stuck they will not refund your money regardless of the bugs. They say as long as they aren’t bed bugs oh well. The owner is aware of the bugs and refuses to hire an exterminator. I killed a spider in room one night. Great town HORRIBLE HOTEL!!!!!!

Property was very clean and quiet. Very close to downtown. Check in was a task as the property manager was M.I.A. - the sign on the door said he’d have the portable phone with him or that he would be in room 22,24 or laundry “out back” - I couldn’t find him. Not a big deal. I’d stay again.

Paonia is a magical place to visit. There are very few hotel options in town. Winter months are slow here (we used tolive here several years).  We had to wait quite awhile for the staff to be available to get us checked in which was a bit frustrsting

The hours were odd and if you need to get in touch with someone outside those hours it is impossible. The bed was awful. I would not suggest this place.

This place is VERY retro, wood paneling, rattan chairs, 60’s style curtains complete with cowboys on them. It was clean and had nice grounds though. Up to date bathroom. But the price was high for what it was. Although they brand themselves as an Inn, it’s a motel.  Whomever took their photos did a great job of hiding the fact it’s a motel.
