Outstanding welcome at reception from Rii. Professional, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble especially as the hotel was busy but every customer had the same Rii experience! Thanks so much. Grateful thanks for having the room available which was most appreciated on a super hot London day. Rooms were spotlessly cleaned and a credit to the housekeeping team. From check in to check out, excellent. Rii is amazing - “IRRiplaceable”.
