Excellent stay in a well situated hotel. Food great  had the meal deal. Fish and chips and full English breakfast in morning. Clean and comfortable hotel. Bed very comfortable and a great nights sleep. Very easy and spacious car park. Security good. Very friendly staff willing to help.

Really nice staff! Alison is definitely the best though.

Bed is comfortable, heating works, it's not that noisy as an area. Cooked breakfast is good. Not a big fan of the food options but that's not completely relevant to the hotel.

No complaints really.

Just needed to be near the island for a family trip.  Hotel was clean quiet and in the right place. Car park was nearly full on arrival mainly for the restaurant which is a good sign. Very cold outside and warm in.

This was the first of three premier inn's in the area that we stayed at while visiting family. Super friendly team here. The room was perfect, although not as big as others we had stayed in, but it was clean.
It didn't bother us, but there are busy roads surrounding this hotel, so expect some traffic noise.

You can't go wrong with a premier inn. They all have pretty much the same standards.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Close to amenities. Helpful staff.
Easy to get to and plenty of parking too. 

We had a superb stay on Boxing day.  Staff were attentive and went the extra mile.  Food was good, room was comfortable.  There was a bit of noise from nearby cars, but nothing that kept me awake.  Room was clean.

Just what you want after a long drive and busy weekend ahead,
Great team that work here couldn’t have done anything more for us. With the pub opposite having a soft play area and outside play meant that we didn’t have to worry about the kids being entertained.

Lovely clean rooms, comfortable night sleep, staff were freindly and helpful. 24 hour reception was nice as arriving back from a wedding late.

Hotel clean, modern, well equipped, 
bathroom lovely,  very comfy bed, friendly,  attentive staff. Only problem was no air-conditioning.  Restaurant next door was good value and drinks were reasonable. An enjoyable stay,  thank you  

We were staying for one night, we needed to get into our room a bit earlier than the check in time, as we were attending a wedding.

Great service from Michaela who was on the front desk.  Very helpful & friendly, we really appreciated your help.

The room was standard, everything you needed for an overnight stay, comfortable bed, good shower and a cup of coffee in the morning.

Lovely stay in a convenient location

Nice size, clean and comfy room, everything as expected. Good value breakfast. Check on smooth with friendly receptionist.  Plenty of car parking and shop, food outlets close by.  Would recommend and would stay at this hotel again. Thank you

Stop over whilst visiting family

I’m a HGV driver and unfortunately my vehicle had broken down and couldn’t be fixed. My vehicle eventually got recovered into a safe place at 10pm which meant I needed a hotel. I booked the Premier Inn in Sittingbourne last minute and checked in at 11pm. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and let me borrow a plug so I could charge my mobile phone. After grabbing a late meal I eventually got to bed at midnight and had started work at 5:30am that day so a comfy bed was very much needed. I had a lovely sleep until I was rudely awakened by a member of staff letting themselves into my room at 8am without even knocking on the door. When I spoke to the members of staff at the front desk about this, they had told me that someone had handed my room key in the drop box so they thought I’d checked out. This obviously was a lie as of course I had the room key in my hand. Unacceptable reason given in my opinion and a decent nights sleep cut short.

Rude wake up call

The room was super basic, bathroom not really clean, had to give it a once over.
Dreadful chemical smell from ,I was told , resealing
It was OK for somewhere to lay your head but nothing special,  but for the price shouldn't complain, although the rooms used to be so much nice and still at a low price

Very basic. But adequate 

Stayed two nights on business. Check in was very quick. Room was a good size and bed was comfy, but I couldn’t get the room temperature to increase.
Breakfast was in the adjacent pub/restaurant and on the first morning the coffee machine was not working, but there is a McDonald’s next door.
Hotel is fairly close to major roads, but I didn’t hear any noise.
