My guests greatly enjoyed their 5 day stay at Travelodge Southgate. Huge praise for Elina who was most welcoming and very helpful! They will not hesitate to stay there again.

From the moment I arrived at Travelodge Southgate, I was met with nothing but kindness, warmth, and genuine care. In what has been a difficult time for me personally, staying here has brought a sense of calm and comfort and that is all down to the incredible staff.

I would especially like to mention Elina, whose warmth, compassion, and professionalism have made such a difference to my stay. She goes above and beyond without hesitation, and her presence brings light into this hotel. She made me feel seen, cared for, and completely at ease.

The entire team here has been outstanding always greeting with a smile, always ready to help, and always creating a space that feels safe and welcoming. It’s rare to find a staff team who truly make you feel like more than just a guest. Their kindness has stayed with me.

I also want to say how lovely Kemar and Viktor were.. always friendly, professional, and brought such positive energy.
Together, they are part of a team that truly makes this hotel feel like a safe and welcoming space.

Newly refurbished and great location. Plenty of free parking on site. Huge praise to Viktor who was very friendly and welcoming. He is a credit to Travel Lodge. 15 mins walk to Southgate station on Piccadilly Line and restaurants and coffee shops nearby. A great find for London.

Clean and comfortable for my business stopover. Staff friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay again.

The team was very welcoming and helpful, they awnsered all our questions and showed great interest in our travels, we stayed for two nights, checking in on a Tuesday and leaving on the Thursday. Viktor was such a kind person, would stop and chat to us every time we seen him, we stayed for a concert and the night we got back from it he seemed genuinely interested in who we had been to see, was so lovely just to have such a genuine chat to. Viktor you are amazing! Would 1000% stay again, would recommend to anyone.

Had a great stay at Travelodge! The restaurant next door was very nice, perfect for a relaxing meal. Special thanks to Elina and Kemar who were both incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. Their service made the experience even better! Looking forward for the refurbishment in June! Excited to come back for another stay.

We often stay here for 3 or 4 nights whilst visiting my Dad.  We've stayed in a double room and a family room. On each stay we've found the hotel and rooms to be clean and comfortable.  Staff are so friendly and helpful.  Viktor is great, he saw me shivering away upon check-in and immediately asked Elina to ensure the heating was turned up in our room.  Elina checked on me throughout our stay.  Viktor, Kemar and Elina are a fantastic team.

Miran was very helpful when I needed toothpaste last minute at 2am. You are a star.
Also thanks for warning me about car park situation and how I should bring all my tools inside due to break ins. I will definitely come back.
Can't think of anything negative tbh.

The main benefits are: the room is free of any odours; free parking is available till midnight on check-out day.

Excellent Stay with Great Service and Restaurant

Another great stay

Such a little Gem, I was on a 3 day photoshoot in North London and needed somewhere not too far from the location.  We found this lovely little Travel Lodge which met our needs.  The staff are lovely and can't do enough for you, so helpful and courteous and so friendly.

The Travelodge needs a refurb, it's a bit dated, but that doesn't take away the fact that we had a comfy room with tea and coffee making facilities and a decent shower. 

Having Browns Restaurant on the site is wonderful, you can sit in the pub garden with a nice drink or something to eat.  If you want something a little less expensive then a short walk around the corner is a street with a few coffee shops and a lovely little Italian which we ended up going to each evening.

I will definitely book again if I am up that way, I would just say to Travel Lodge - you do need to refurb this Hotel, some of the windows are really not that great, this would have been 5 stars otherwise.

A little Gem

The hotel in general is nice and discreet. It’s not on a busy street with vehicles roaming all night long like other hotels. The rooms are spacious and the hotel smells pleasant throughout the reception all the way to my room. The receptionist Calvin was very helpful too, made sure I was aware of the parking and was overall a welcoming guy.

We were able to check in early, it was easy to register the car and the walk from the nearest tube station is very straight forward, the lady at the check in desk, Mariana, was very kind and allowed us to change the room she gave us if we’d like to. We only stayed for one night but it was a great experience overall
