I had a very stressful journey and felt completely abandoned by both my travel agency and the airline. But everything changed the moment I arrived at the hotel. Jason at the front desk was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful during check-in — exactly what I needed. His warm welcome made me feel truly cared for. The hotel is also very conveniently located near Terminal 5, which made everything easier. And the room was absolutely beautiful — clean, spacious, and comfortable. Thanks to the excellent service and the quality of the stay, I will definitely be coming back. A big thank you to Jason for making such a difference!
