Good night's sleep, nice and clean and the staff were friendly, only complaint would be that the air conditioning was a little noisy but not that much of an issue. Easy check in process and convenient vending machine next to lobby (which takes card). 

Great just a little noisy

So we had a weekend stay here, me and my 3 children (13,11 and a boy 7). Space was alittle limited with bags and devices, but overall shower of course is amazing, room was perfect temperature. staff were extremely helpful and friend, food next door is brilliantly may have a bit of delay but we’ll worth it. The breakfast morning booking was quite early after long weekend but hard to wake up, as i say overall perfect. Always a premiere inn fan and this hotel just stamps that in my mind. Would definitely return, as super convenient for me to visit family who are a 10min walk away from hotel and also great for short walk or abit of shopping in the retail park stones throw away. The park has no affect on the hotel or experience and honestly unless you peek from the end of the car park entrance you wouldn’t realise it is there, even on a weekend. I didn’t purchase any food after breakfast but was very tempted as the smells  coming from the doors and kitchen area were amazing, will consider it next time for sure. 

Really good choice for money and area

Stayed overnight at this venue for an early start.

Room was very clean, tidy and well equipped. Comfortable bed, nice clean linen and towels.

Tea/coffee facilities in the room along with hair dryer and TV. 

Good size clean bathroom. Perfect comfortable overnight stay.

Clean, comfortable and peaceful stay

The room was very clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable (need to ask where they get their mattresses) We didn't have dinner in the restaurant as we went to a relatives house, but did have the breakfast which was very good. Plenty of choice and cooked very well. Staff were very pleasant and friendly overall a really good place to stay and would recommend.

Would recommend and will definitely use again if I am in the area.

The hotel room I stayed in for two nights was spacious , clean and staff friendly. The restaurant next door also gave stellar service. The hotel receptionist  was so nice and professional and she had a caring spirit , I left a glove in the other Premier inn near by . I was informed of this, and it was posted to my address. Super thanks. Only thing I would mention is for those who do not have cars, it would be nice if some items can be stocked for sale such as toothbrushes and tooth paste as there are no supermarkets near by .

Pleasant stay

The room was very, very dirty, when we got to the room the sink had several black hairs scattered and dust, and they didn't even clean the room, they changed the diapers, and to our complaint, the only receptionist didn't know anything about it.

Honestly the worst Premier Inn I have stayed in. I notice a few 5 star reviews - they cannot be real. The place is disgusting. I had a whole variety of pubic hairs in my bath, so it can't have been cleaned properly for a long time.

Just stay somewhere else!

Dirty, tired and has a musty smell

Easy to find and good sized car park. Prompt and warm welcome at Reception (thankfully no self check in terminals). Very well apportioned room and a nice sized bath. Warm night but fan in room (no air conditioning) kept me nicely cool so got a good nights sleep. 
Ate dinner in attached restaurant, good service and food at a reasonable price. Fairly busy but prompt efficient service

Attending an event stop over

Gillingham business park hotel was really great place to stay not for from all the amenities and we had the breakfast which was great room was clean and tidy beds where great would definitely stay there again 

Weekend away

The staff very friendly.  My room was very clean.   Only noise was from the road.   Room had a fan in it as was very hot.    Think it could have been doing with 2.    Meals served in Cookhouse were tasty.   It could do with a good clean.  Cushions on long bench like seating were very grubby.
