Quite simply the best Guest House we have ever stayed in!Paul and Mike are so nice and so eager to ensure you have a great stay, they leave no stone unturned.Firstly the property - beautifully renovated, in a popular area of Edinburgh, an easy 10min walk to Princess Street or St James's Quarter.The property in beautifully appointed, with so many quirky and interesting areas to look at and enjoy. The co-owner (Mike's) own Art decorates much of the wall space and it makes for a very personal, intimate and interesting environment.The guys have thought of everything, they really do want you to have an amazing stay. Everything you would expect is there and they have skimped on nothing, everything is top quality - the furnishings, the food, the décor, the finishings.The public space for relaxing is so nicely laid out, with beautiful art, lots of books, games, space to relax, music to listen to or even a free massage chair! (which I used!)If the property is amazing, the service is even better. It is so personal.From the messages prior to arrival to ensure they knew who we were and what we might need, to the welcome drinks & tour on arrival or the breakfasts, personalised to meet your tastes (I am veggie, my wife is pescetarian).I truly believe this place has everything you would want or need for a wonderful stay. I also believe that if anything was missing that one of the guys would do whatever they could to find whatever you needed.Our new favourite getaway!
