Tony and Gordon clearly have a lot of love for what they do. From start to finish they have been accomodating, warm, friendly and just the most lovely people. They really do go the extra mile, home made smoothies and granola for breakfast that they actually care if you are enjoying! I was in pure heaven. They even left home made fudge in the room and biscuits for the Nespresso machine. Tony ensured my extra requests were fulfilled and remembered it was my partner's birthday, and even remembered our names. Just fantastic service. The room was gorgeous and well maintained, with everything you'd need including conditioner and bath salts! (Really is the little touches that mean everything!) And Gordon was there to greet us when we arrived late due to traffic and made us feel really cared for, he seemed to be genuinely concerned for us. The house was beautiful and everything was just lush. The fudge is to die for, the granola is absolutely delicious and the hosts are just superb! Most comfy bed and efficient room refreshing service. Just book here, won't disappoint. 100% coming back and recommending to my friends. Loved our stay.
