the staff couldn't do enough,, I was given a  spare key without the staff having to come up,, the lady come to check something in my room instead of just telling me what to do & the lady's also helped me with my travel route for my plans for new yrs day

what wasn't fab was the area,, bit in the middle of no where,, I didn't know how to turn off the fan in the bathroom that didn't let me 💤 the restraunt next door sells a soup that comes out of a tin where I thought it would be homemade,, then I couldn't get a refund ..

We usually stay in Premier Inns when we need to stay in various places. This one seemed very average. I know it sounds very picky, but I can tell instantly if the standards are the same as in previous ones. We walked into our room, number 20 and I saw that the normal purple bed accessory thing hadn't been put on. In every PI picture you see online and on TV, this is always on the made up bed. Secondly, the spare pillow bag on top of the shelves, is always sealed on the two parts of the zip, so you can ensure the pillows are fresh, but this wasn't there. Thirdly and for me the worst thing, was that there was a filthy pink ribbon on the floor of our bathroom when we entered. I had to pick it up and dispose of it, as it was putting me right off.
However, the staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the on site restaurant was very mediocre, with most items needing to be replenished, but until you asked, nobody did it, therefore what you did have, was getting cold while you were waiting. The coffee machine didn't work, so there was only instant coffee.

Average, but with friendly staff.

Arriving at our booked stay was extremely pleasant. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Beautifully clean and well presented. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Always happy to return to Premier Inns

Comfy stay

Comfortable mattress and pillows, love that they have black out curtains. Very friendly staff, who offered to keep our key cards safe while we were out on a staff night out. Only slight issue was fumes from painting as hotel staircase was being renovated.

Great experience 

Lady on reception was amazing sorted me out with a room at the last minute. I was given a quiet room which was great .
I would recommend staying here and the bed was amazing!
The breakfast was good also.

Great service 

We were a party of 8 across 3 separate rooms. All rooms were spacious and clean. All staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We had a great base for 2days whilst we celebrated a family wedding. The food at the adjacent brewers fayre was brilliant who allowed us to bring our food back to the room while the kiddies slept.

Great stay

All staff are excellent and very welcoming, they go out of their way to make you feel at home. 
Always a smile and happy to help with any issues that may arise, rooms are well kept with everything you need especially when you work away

Homely feel

Plenty of parking for cars and vans
Hotel can be noisy we found of a weekend, obviously its not the hotels fault, families were letting their feral children run riot up and down the corridor late at night. A security guard would be helpful.

No lift.

Staff are great.

Beefeater next door ~usual mediocre choice of unhealthy food….vegetables or salads would be nice!

There is a retail park 15minute walk away that has all the chains~Nando’s/ Wagamama’s etc.

A standard premier inn

I've stayed here and once again I had lovely time, the staff were so welcoming. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, had no problems. Anytime I needed something the staff did not hesitate to lend a helping hand. Would definitely come again and would recommend it to anyone coming to the area.

Great hotel

the best premier inn hotel their is,stay here for bussiness all the time.amelia thomson is very friendly and nothing is to much for her.the resturant serves food all day and they are are so welcoming there aswell.the beds are always soft and comfortable and the rooms are also clean. not to forgot the car park is free! would always recoomend this hotel.
