I took my husband here, for his 40th birthday celebration. Everything was just perfect. Easy check in and very friendly service, everything was explained to us well, and she prepared the breakfast order forms for us too, that saved us having to go back to reception to order. We stayed in the Sanctuary Suite and wow, what an experience!! It was private, with its own private hot tub, entrance and parking just outside the suite. Short walking distance from Bowness, where we went for our evening meal, at Boardwalk Bar and Grill with lovely views of the marina and lake. The room was amazing with all the mod cons, fire effect heater, Bluetooth speakers, TV in the bathroom, shower separate from the bath, lakes spa toiletries included, plus slippers and robes. The hot tub was such a treat, perfect temperature, mostly covered, with lights and very clean. The cocktails, milk and water left in the fridge was a special touch too. There were lots of hot drinks options in the room, with a coffee machine and a kettle included! The breakfast was just amazing and brought to our suite at no extra cost, at the time we requested it at! Our stay included an afternoon tea at the Fizzy Tarte, which was just wonderful. A perfect afternoon tea. Our stay far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return.
