Hi we booked here again because the first time we stayed was excellent and we must say that this time was no different 
Once again Ian and Denise have not disappointed always helpful and friendly letting us know what’s on recommendation to restaurants and places 
We found Barton house very clean the rooms lovely and warm everything you need 
Milk , water, tea, coffee and more
They also arranged for the room to be dressed for the wife’s birthday 
and the breakfast excellent 
The man from Mars could visit here and they would find away to cater for him

Stayed very last minute here for two nights 
Denise and Ian were so accommodating and very communicative in order to book us in after our friend unfortunately was unable to travel and stay, so we decided to take the room instead! 
There is little we can add to all the excellent reviews except to say everything that has been said is totally accurate and if you are looking for an exceptionally clean, comfortable,  friendly and value for money B&B then book Barton House and you won’t be disappointed. 
Denise and Ian go out of their way to ensure you have the best stay possible and go above and beyond with little extras too! 
So Thank You both so much and hope to see you again next year!

A Blackpool Gem

Stayed at the Barton House Hotel for a long weekend with my husband. It was a rare treat for us to get away without the kids and from the moment I contacted Denise and Ian, they were so welcoming and made our whole experience special. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and spotless with amazing comfy beds, fridge with water and fresh milk supplied, lovely huge bathroom with quality toiletries and bamboo toilet paper. Denise and Ian had put our wedding pictures in the room to make things more personal, which was a lovely touch that we really appreciated. Denise also recommended places for us to visit and we got a fantastic deal on funnygirls from buyagift, which we would never have known about had Denise not said. We had a fantastic night out there so we were so glad she recommended it. Breakfast was lovely too and cooked to our preference. My husband loves his egg cremated and always asks anywhere else but they still leave soft, goopy bits but not Denise, she listened and cooked it perfectly! Lovely thoughtful people and amazing hosts. You will not be disappointed if you book here. 

The most welcoming B&B ever!

We have just spent 2 nights at this wonderful place,we were recommended it by a family member & he couldn’t have made a better choice,lovely breakfast perfectly cooked by Denise,nice comfy bed & pillows,& a lovely bonus having a little fridge,a cafetière & plenty of tea & coffee & snacks in our room!
The owners….Ian & Denise,were the perfect hosts,very friendly & helpful,nothing was too much trouble.
We are hoping to return there next year,& would definitely highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Blackpool 👍

Very happy with our stay

Me and my son stopped here for a week and what an amazing place Ian and Denise lovely couple so welcoming from start to finish with good knowledge of Blackpool and helping me find my way room was on the top floor and my son was so happy he could see the top of Blackpool tower from his bed the room was lovely and clean with everything you need good size fridge tea tray etc will definitely be back next year for the air show thank you both for an amazing stay making memories with my son 

Amazing little bed and breakfast

My Sister and I stayed with Denise and Ian after Denise reached out to me through a fb post I had put on 
We had not long lost our Dad and he had wanted us to remember him in Blackpool which he loved (as do we), I had put this on my post and Denise contacted me and the rest as they say is history
They have a lovely Christmas tree in their porch and offered us a ornament to personalise and put on in memory of my Dad, that was just one of the lovely things they did for us 
Our room was so comfortable, completely spotless. We wanted for nothing and the breakfast …. Oh my!! We didn’t have to eat until about 6pm that night!! 
We found we had a lot in common and like to think that fate and My Dad brought us all together 
We have booked to go again next year for a yearly memorial for my Dad 
Denise & Ian are 2 of the most genuine, kindest & caring people we have ever met, and we are looking forward to seeing & staying with them again next year

A real lovely little bed and breakfast. Denise and Ian go above and beyond to facilitate your every need. 

Our room was spotless large with huge bathroom lots of lovely little touches. We had a fridge tv coffee bits etc all things that you'd expect in larger most costly of places . 

Very well decorated so fresh and crisp. Value for money was excellent . The hosts we so friendly with lots of knowledge of the area.

I had a short stay while working an event nearby, the place was lovely and clean, the breakfast was excellent and the hosts were more than helpful during my stay i would highly recommend anyone stay at the Barton house hotel

Great Breakfast

We have just returned home from a fabulous weekend at Barton with Denise and Ian. Really lovely, genuine hosts who are very accommodating. Room was spotless and they had gone to the trouble of decorating it for our anniversary. Breakfast was so tasty, and service was excellent.  Location is perfect as situated between central and south pier. We are definitely returning next year! Thanks Denise and Ian.

We are just back from a week here, and it's been the best week! The location is perfect for exploring, and rooms and facilities are top notch. 
Hosts are fantastic and really make it extra special! We will be back!
