Extra ordinary customer mania in progress. Smiling faces throughout. A well groomed and helpful team, hot and fresh tasty meals is all you will get plus the helpful hand of the managers. In the middle of the city surrounded with all reach out offices for both diplomats and business, you need not go else where. Breakfast at the terrace is a memory to reckon. You will never regret your choice.The rooms are spacious with a fast wifi.

Besides it’s good position in town and near everything you need, it’s a good place to stay and relax while you can do what you need to do on Kampala
Good rooms, good service and very well decorated. I love the paintings on the walls.

Have stayed in this hotel several times between 2017 and 2018. The service is cold but efficient. The rooms are clean, beds have decent well pressed linen, mosi nets and there is plenty of hot water.  For 25-35usd you have yourself bed and breakfast.  Breakfast is average and it is served to you; no extr fruit and no second serving. There are rogue guests who smoke in the rooms but do not expect the management to do anything about it however much you complain ... this is the residence of global hustlers. The hotel is busy.

Take the rooms away from the road. The entrance to the hotel is dingy and there is no parking either.  There are boda boda riders just outside the hotel.

Stayed 4 nights recerly. Basic standard hotel, with simple ckean rooms, very basic breakfast, AC, safe etc  - you simply cannot get better value in Kampala. 

Large rooms , great for sharing with family / friends. Running hot water 24/7, clean and tidy. 
 
Not suitable for the physically disabled - no ramps or lifts. This is no joke if your room is on the 5th floor and you have luggage. There is always someone to help carry luggage for a small tip. 

Besides this, there are no complaints whatsoever for the price you pay. And the location is smack in the mddle of the marketplace , so avoid rush hour travel in the area .

After submitting all my ID & Details, I was forced to book for my partner elsewhere just because she didn't have an ID, the manager even ordered the receptionists not to enter my money into the system until i confirm that she has an ID🤔, They refused to give me the payment receipt when i asked for it that i needed to top up VAT to get it, i checked out at 6am and i could not get a cup of tea that the chef and the supervisor were still a sleep! 
I loved the room so much but hate the operational way of doing things and guest handling.

Very nice hotel, its located in the center of the city. The rooms are well maintained good sleep. The wifi connectivity was limited, they told me it will be rectified but it wasn't. Give it a 3-star rating for this hotel. Recommend it for a short stay.
