It’s the 4th time i come to this wonderful hotel and I’m very satisfied by all the services provided by. The atmosphere is very family friendly and all the staff is very kind and ready to be helpful. Their professionalism and guests caring attention is one of their strongest point. Especially mrs Münevver Gökyardim, whose great work dedication is very amazing and one of the reason we chose this beautiful hotel. We’d like also thank for their kindness and very good works and attention to Nazyra, Elif, Hilal, Arzu, Hülya, Resmiye, Alia, Nurdzanan from the Restaurant team. And also the wonderful Bar team with Tugba, Fatma, Rabia, Ceylin, Karla, Gülkhan, Elnura, Indyra and Uybedullah for their services provided with always a huge smile. We won’t forget the animation team with Berat and özlem and their good humour. And of course to the Guest Relation team that made all the possible to make our stay unforgettable and magical, thanks to Mrs Inga and Mina for being always available to listen to us and helping.
