Words just can’t explain how truly delightful and special this hotel is. It is just magical and beautiful. Every room is different and warmly decorated for an authentic cultural experience. Having a delicious breakfast delivered to your room was just one of the many ways that makes this place uniquely wonderful. The grounds are like a botanical garden and the staff are friendly and helpful. I wish I could have stayed for the whole week.

A most amazing experience

A charming place, a wooden cabin in the trees, beautiful luxury rooms, a quiet place, a lunch at the top, a restaurant near the hotel with a swimming pool, we ate very well at the restaurant, very quiet place.

It's a lovely place.

Very noisy

Hotel location not close to stores, restaurants or sights. No internet in room — only in tiny reception area. Dinner in restaurant unsatisfactory- tough and overcooked meat.  No breakfast in dining room/ reception- must be delivered to room. Maybe breakfast on room  or terrace is good if couple or family - but lonely if individual- and unfortunately quality suffers.

Not for Individual Traveler or Travelers with cars

The Diar Abu Habibi is a very beautiful place in the heart of Palmeraie. Ideal for offering a disconnection from the city and a natural bowl in the middle of the Palm Trees. The opportunity to visit Tozeur and its surroundings. This hotel is like a small oasis. Only beemool, you have to order meals in advance, we who love improvisation this was not obvious!

A small oasis in the middle of the desert

What a wonderful place !! We were here for two nights and had a very relaxing stay. The meals were quite good and the service was wonderful. We enjoyed our breakfast delivery each morning and it’s about a 30 minute walk to town if your in the mood. I’d stay here again for sure.

Absolutely Fabulous

A disaster. A guest room where you are literally left to yourself, with no explanation for breakfast or dinner, where you are made to understand that the sooner you leave the better it will be. Out of the price given the housing offered, the tiny pool for 15 lodges and the housing where it's really very cold at night.

Horrible change in owner quality

I could not believe my eyes when I entered my room.  I climbed the stairs up to this nice little deck, and then I let myself in.  The main bedroom was just beautiful!  There were enough outlets and the decorations were fabulous.  The bathroom was wonderful with a very nice shower.  The breakfast service was amazing.  We were served a large basket filled with goodies.  I can't say enough positive things about this stay.  I was just sorry that we only stayed two nights!

Incredible Accommodations!  Loved it!

In a palm grove, comfortable, tastefully furnished cabins on pilots, with a terrace where you can have a delicious breakfast every morning. The restaurant is of high quality with dishes such as lamb gargolette or borghol. The staff is very friendly and attentive (except for the welcome) a bit cold or even expeditious.

Very nice hotel.

As we were driving for hours in the desert I couldn’t help but wonder what kind of hotel could be waiting for me. This place was a wonderful and unexpected surprise. The rooms were well appointed, shower was great and the staff refreshing. The dinning room was a pleasure to sit in and food was better than most. Truly great glam-ping 

It’s not the greatest but the best I’ve had in Tunisia 

Breakfast on the balcony in the room every morning really made my day

Loves spending my morning with the local cats and enjoying my morning coffee and eggs
