The LifeCo Phuket Well-Being Detox Center

I’ve been a guest at TheLifeCo Phuket since 2016, and every time I return, I’m reminded why this place continues to be my number one destination to reset and recharge. Life in the corporate world is intense, and TheLifeCo has become my go-to sanctuary for detox, reflection, and real healing. This trip, I did a five-day green juice Master Detox followed by intermittent fasting, and I’m genuinely so happy with how deeply it helped me cleanse both physically and emotionally. The raw vegan cuisine here is always a highlight. After my cleanse, I enjoyed the most beautifully crafted dishes - each plate a burst of color, flavor, and nourishment. The attention to detail, the artful presentation, and the freshness of ingredients make every meal feel like a celebration of health. The spa treatments added another level of relaxation. I particularly loved the lymphatic drainage and hot stone massages. And the detox clinic offers excellent support from vitamin IV drips to advanced wellness therapies—perfect for anyone looking to enhance their healing with medical-grade care in a peaceful, nurturing setting. I’d especially like to thank Jessie, Renata, Toh, Isara, Aslihan, and Andre for their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism. They always made sure everything was flowing seamlessly. The entire centre radiates care and kindness, which makes a huge difference during a detox journey. After nearly a decade of visiting, TheLifeCo Phuket still feels like the ultimate gift I give to myself. I’ll definitely be back in September and I’m already thinking about trying the water fast next.
