The only possibility to park the car is for money in the parking garage. One day ~40€. This information must be shown on the website offer.We had no wlan !! System was broken, only the last 4 hours. Sorry thats a big restriction beeing on holiday in Switzerland, where the normal mobilphone contracts don´t work.Best regards Jens

The apartment is in a good location and the bus station is almost at the door. I had everything I needed and felt at home. The kitchen is fully equipped and even with a coffee machine.

I highly recommend it.

This apartment is terrible, it stinks and it's very dirty. The pictures on the Internet don't match either. We left the same day. Of course there was no refund.

The worst apartment we've ever been in.

Run down, dirty, very very basic apartment. Cramped room with 3 beds and a kitchen table. Actually feel dirty being in this place. Images on booking.com and trip advisor don't show what it's really like. Actually attempted to book in somewhere else for tonight only there was nothing else available. The instructions to get into the apartment block didn't describe how to get in, we had to ask people going in and out. I would deft not stay here again and it's took the shine off Lucern altogether. We loved Thun and the place we stayed was great, I would think Lucerne would be better if we didn't stay here. Like being a student again. 

Old, rickety and depressing dump. 

We were a group of 8 people and stayed here for 5 nights during our recent trip to Switzerland. We had booked two apartments. Whenever we had a doubt, all our queries were promptly addressed to. The codes for obtaining the key were sent to us 2 days before our arrival. 

When we arrived, the rooms were prepared and very clean. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was there...right from crockery, cutlery, tea/ coffee machine, microwave, dish washing liquid, cooking pans etc. 

The instructions on garbage disposal (garbage bags were provided), laundry and other instructions were clearly mentioned.

The bus stand was a 2 minute walk and a supermarket 1 minute away. 

Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay at an affordable price.

Very comfortable apartment!

The place is safe secure for family. lots of indian can be found staying here. Bus stop is 2min walk and very convenient to go to centre busses are available as late as 1200 in night and have good frequency.
They provide local visitor pass so bus and local trains are free.
It is a small apparatment with all facilities u will need for a comfortable stay.
 Kitchen is very small but still has every thing need microwave,cooktop, kettle, coffee mc. All utensil are available. 
Laundry/washing Machine is at the ground floor in common area.Three of them with separate full dryer.
They will clean the room once before handing over then there will be no cleaning. You can clean your self with the common Hoover. Also The bed sheets and the towel will not be replaced during your stay.


Good location 

Stayed in this apartment for 4 nights during our Swiss holiday. The apartment was close to the bus stand and entry was smooth. All instructions were documented and the apartment was adequately furnished. The kitchenette was sufficient and the launderette was in the lobby basement. We just couldn’t locate a bottle opener and the only bathroom didn’t have a lock. That was a little inconvenient with 3 of us staying. Otherwise it was very convenient for all purposes. 

Comfortable apartment

Instead of an often overpriced Swiss hotel we choosed this apartment for a three day stay. It's basic but clean and spacious enough. There's a pool next door and also a supermarket. I'm not sure about public transportation but having a car it's actually very good located. The surrounding area is not crowded so you get a good nights rest and you'll be on the major highways in no time.

Basic but comfortable apartment

Stayed 3 nights with family in June 2019. Bed was not comfortable to sleep. There were 3 persons accommodation and we stayed 3 nights. They have only provided 3 coffee capsules as complimentary.

It is in a very calm and quite place, little away from city center but has bus stand within 3/4 minutes walking distance.

Would not recommend to stay here for tourist.

Average standard studio apartment

Superb location, bus stop right outside the complex, Coop super market next door. Just 5 stops away from Lucerne station. Comfortable rooms. Great checkin facility. Kitchenette was adequate and had all equipment.
