For an accident I couldn't get there, informed of the situation and sent documentation of the stationary vehicle to a workshop for a lack of parts. He explained it by phone and email, and never told me to charge, which he did. I just hope that if it happens to someone else, he will be able to inform him well. Very convenient structure to the main attractions along the river, walking to the city. Comfortable beds, well equipped rooms. We did not appreciate the lack of hospitality and staff on arrival. Request to pass your credit card to open the entrance door. There was no access information in other languages than Spanish. We had to call on the phone and the owner communicated only in Spanish.

It's a great stay, but...

Excellent price-quality ratio. Very friendly. Very easy to access with credit card at any time. Very equipped with amenities in the bathroom and bedroom. Flexible schedule. Very quiet when resting phenomenal. And breakfast right in front of the river. Recommended 100%.

Friends in Soria

I had a reservation last May 11th.When I got there, I was told that I had not been confirmed and that I had no room.No one contacted me.I was left alone at two in the afternoon and had to look for a life in a very complicated weekend.Please don't go.It can happen to them the same.Very bad.

In the room, on arrival, it was very cold. They changed the suitcases from one room to another without asking permission, informed when it was already done. They canceled a room because those we booked called us the same surname. and if we had not been brothers??? The hotel is nice, located in a nice place but very poorly managed. The bed is uncomfortable with a single pillow for the wedding which is more uncomfortable and no longer carried. Much noise in the room by the caldera.

There is little professionalism.

I had a room reserved with them for no reason that they canceled it, so I try to contact them and the price has gone up and given the chance that it is exhausted and they don't give a solution.

Located on the riverfront, it's ideal for resting, no noise, everything is automated based on your credit card, the price ratio is right, the room is clean, and the decoration is nice, to make the night is fine.

The hostal is a very beautiful looking double story link house, at the end of the row. Room is beautifully decorated. It's in a quite location about 0.5 mile from town center, near the bridge over Duero River & next to San Juan de Duero Monastry.

No checking in staff. Swipe credit card used for your booking to open the main door. The card also is used to open your room door. Just get the your room no. by calling or texting the contact no.of the place.

Some items need attention. Beddings. 1 long pillow to share with 2 persons. Nightmarish, literally because 1 person likes his pillow this way, the other person that way!!! Mattress is a bit militarily thin. The bathroom was done beautifully except that the floor is a hazard-in-waiting. It's highly polished & can be slippery when wet. It's bathroom floor after all.

We made a big mistake when we decided we would stay at this place! At first we thought we surroundings were nice enough, right next to the river in the outskirts of the city. First problem that we encountered: there is no staff to welcome you just an ATM, nobody would pick up the phone... When we finally made it to our bedroom there was this humidity smell of being locked up for a long time. The beds were a horror. Their breakfast posed a new definition to 'frugal.' They charged us twice for no reason -currently being disputed with the credit card- and they wouldn't even answer our emails. Btw, they don't speak English. Be very careful with these scammers.

Biggest mistake in our trip to Spain

The reception is friendly but the services are not adequate. Breakfast is self-made. The bed in our room was unstable (noisy). However, it is quiet despite the proximity of the road.
