An exceptional price-quality ratio, and extra services available to take into consideration if travelling with children (extra TV room, playroom, option to use the microwave also outside breakfast, fresh water fountain...) phenomenal.

Fantastic and very kind.

Modest hotel, but with everything you need. It's true that there's no air conditioning, but I didn't feel the need for it, with the window open we were fine. With an easy walk, you get to the center in a short time. Room and bathroom pulp. Breakfast with a little of everything, both sweet and salty. Available garage for a fee. I didn't see any alternative solutions in the immediate vicinity. Kind staff.

I made a reservation through Booking, the truth is that I didn't read the beds well, I booked a room with two beds, I was surprised when I got to the room, I found two separate beds, one in each corner of the room, when I opened the curtain, I saw that it was in a kind of lighting yard, that in the audience told me that it was overlooked (seriously from the wall in front).

 Disappointing.

The Factory Residence is very close to the UNESCO Aqueduct of Segovia. You can also walk around the entire old-town at the river basin which allows you to see the Alcazar from below...truly amazing.
The hotel is clean and has everything you may need. I have stayed with them several times and will go back for sure.

We requested a room reservation for the college course.When we were complete we made a waiting list reservation, with a deposit of 200€.The conditions indicate that if you get a room and the rejections, you lose the deposit.What does not indicate is that if you cancel the waiting list (before getting a room, and two months before the start of the course) neither will you return the deposit.It seems to me an abuse and above all a terrible example of honesty and business direction for all those students who are graduating in Segovia.

Student residency

Good quality price, accommodation with Spartan furniture but new. Lots of dining room and large closet.The window with curtain is fully insulated.The aqueducto is a five-minute walk away, and if you look around you can park for free.It has a snack and beverage machine at a very good price.

I've been staying for a few days and the only good thing is the price, it's far enough away from downtown to be such a small town the breakfast is simple and the bed is much more than desiring the mattress was quite uncomfortable because it was sunken.

Hostal residence austere but new and clean.with a breakfast buffet that the shortcomings make them forget.The room we ordered with separate beds and one of the beds was additional with a mattress....of just convenience.For the rest it is very decent although the price may be somewhat quality/price slightly adjusted although in Segovia is typical of the sandy area where you go.

Residence for students is a genius.

The location is ideal for a short stroll to the aqueduct and other main sights of Segovia. Check-in took a while but once in, and the formalities completed, a very relaxed stay. We had a room on the 3rd floor which was an attic style room with sloping ceiling in parts and it overlooked the valley. There was a decent amount of storage and it was very clean. A large Velux window gave plenty of light to the desk/work space area but under the sloping ceiling area by the bed, it needed artificial light. The bathroom was spacious with a powerful shower and very hot water. The toiletries provided were good too. Unfortunately, the night of our stay coincided with a concert of some sort that went on loudly until 3:30am. A room on the street side may have been quieter. Breakfast was not particularly varied and the staff seem to be used to dealing with students as they were not keen to allow us to touch anything! Check out was very quick. We would definitely recommend this place to stay if you are visiting Segovia during university vacation times.

Convenient place to stay with bookable underground parking

Hostel located 8 minutes' walk from the Roman aqueduct. Cleanliness and simplicity make it master. Essential. Gentle staff. Lack of air conditioning and sometimes during the day in summer would be useful, also because the rooms overlook a somewhat noisy street. Breakfast is served in a restaurant that reminds of a cafeteria and the food is like this.
