What a fantastic stay we had at Melia Palma Bay. Dominque and her Level team were just perfect. Dominque had excellent recommendations, and nothing was too much trouble. They anticipated our every need and ensured we had the most wonderful short break. We want to mention Erinzon, the most gracious and warm host in the Level Lounge. He really made our stay memorable. I highly recommend upgrading to the level rooms and lounge. We enjoyed breakfast in both the lounge and the downstairs main restaurant. Then drinks and snacks were provided all day. The cocktail hours, 1700-2000, had added spirits and drinks self-service, plus lovely tapas. The hotel is ideally located for exploring Palma and El Molinar, which has many excellent restaurants, bars, and beaches, and you have the Hotel's rooftop pool. We used the Hotel Airport bus, the first stop from the airport, running every 10—15 minutes for 5 Euros. We also hired the E-bikes at the Hotel proHotel by Bicelo. You can now cycle to the end of the Palma Marina and the Cruise line terminal. We recommend a stop for lunch at Es Baluard - the modern art gallery in the old fortress opposite the Palma Marina. You can also cycle the other way, exploring the El Molinar / Es Arenal areas, which are great for plane spotters. We can't wait to go back!
