We like this hotel very much and have been several times. Yes, the rooms are dated but (in my opinion) there’s nothing too offensive about them - they’re clean, serviced every day, beds are comfy, clean towels daily, plenty of room for clothes, room in the bathroom for toiletries etc. Food is good - it’s not cordon bleu but you can always find something to eat with plenty of salads, vegetables, meat and fish and always a risotto or paella. Some guests complain about paying €1 deposit for a glass but when you consider that the hotel has reduced its plastic waste drastically since its introduction, then what’s the issue? Plus you get it back when you return it so actually, it costs nothing!! The entertainment is quite good and the animation team work hard. However, you’re never pressured to join in if you don’t fancy it. The hotel staff are fantastic and friendly. You couldn’t ask for a better location as it has direct access to the beach and only 5 mins to the town centre which has lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Overall, we always enjoy our holiday. We don’t go expecting 5 star accommodation and we get exactly what it says on the tin.
