Stayed here 4 nights late September, to be honest I was a little concerned with some of the negative reviews, despite being a group of 5 lads. Room was second from top floor, lift a little slow but always worked. Room was spotless, no issues for the whole stay, keys to collect literally 3 minute's round the corner. Wouldn't hesitate staying again for our annual pilgrimage to benidorm.
