It's not easy to find. It's in a good location. It's nice and available staff. It's a great price. It's always a B&B, so you can't expect the moon. We used it as a support when we arrived.

We chose this B&B for the price and proximity (500m from the metro and then 10 min from the metro to the center of Barcelona) The owner is nice (you have to call it when you get to the bottom of the building and when you are in a foreign country and you pay for communications it's not top). The owner speaks a few words of French, it's very useful. Clean apartment (bathroom and common kitchen) but the rooms are of a correct size for 2 (not top). On the other hand when all the rooms are taken (5 in total), only one bathroom should be a little fair. And you'll have the noises of fame, because it's located in a very busy street.

It's nice

It sucks, you'd have to report the owner, a place so dirty I'd never seen, rooms so dirty, bathroom so bad, you couldn't even get in to look at it, it was so dirty.

B&B good for the price ratio, close to the airport and downtown, the rooms were clean, the guy Albert treated us well, when you get in the way of the b&b call him because it's hard to find the first time

Good price position

It's already in an apartment where the owner is a sleeping merchant. The kitchen balcony doesn't close, so it's cold and there's no heating. The bathroom leaks and there's water on the floor constantly, the ceiling is rotten and wet. The door is also wet. The bedroom bed is horrible and hurts in the back. At the bottom of the window there's mold. There's even late at night, which woke us up.
