5 reviewsComing to Joburg, I was nervous that it was in the middle of the city! But from the moment we entered the gates, it was like entering another world! The rooms were neat and clean and all other areas of the hotel were equally clean. The main dining area is really beautiful with lots of natural light coming in and it is really big. For me, the highlight of my stay was the service from their staff. From the time we arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful and very organised. I had a few personal requirements and nothing was too much trouble for them. There were a few last minute changes to our conference times and the setting style of our conference room and they just took it all in their stride - the duty manager was on top of things at all times. We were attending a conference here and slept over for two nights. I was actually expecting the worst and was most surprised to find that it turned out to be a fantastic event.
