I stayed in Hotel Atlas during 3 nights and I would be happy to come back. The room was very spacious, the bed King size and comfortable, the bathroom had soap and shampoo, the flat TV was large and had numerous channels, the WiFi worked perfectly, as did the heating. The hotel has a lift, which is a plus in the Balcans. The personnel  was very friendly and helpful, as well in the reception as in the restaurant and room service. The included breakfast was a bit frugal, but thé restaurant has a great chef if you want to have lunch or dinner. The hotel is very well located, close to the Old town and the city centre. Unfortunately the staff only speaks Serbian.

Nice little hotel. Spacious rooms, without balconies. Hotel is clean and the food is good. It has 2 restaurants and a conference hall. Staff is kind and friendly. You will need around 10 minutes walk to the city center.

I booked a night at the Atlas Hotel mostly because of the price. I was only in Novi Pazar for one night. Upon arriving I was greeted by the staff and check in was easy. They speak enough English to lightly converse. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. i was in a room on the third floor which I was told had good wifi. It did! The room is spartan. It had two twin beds, a desk, TV, and some small furniture. The shower was hot and the water had decent pressure. The room was clean. It was the price that I was attracted to and not knowing anything of Novi Pazar the distance to city center and to Sopocani Monastery which was the reason for my visit. The staff provided breakfast which was also good in the hotel's restaurant. They again had a wedding but it didn't bother me. It was over before I even noticed. I must say that this is not a four star hotel. The price reflects that. But for what I got it should be rated higher. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was right. You got the sense that they really cared about their customers. In the end I found the place clean, comfortable and convenient. I would stay here again.

Hotel Atlas in Novi Pazar

Red rooms

Pretty basic really. Parking on the road outside very busy and full and then reception isn't a great first impression and there is no immediate rest area or bar for a relaxing drink. The room was a reasonable size with clean bedclothes and towels. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't seem to operate no smoking in the rooms and there was a distinctive aroma in both rooms offered which isn't really acceptable these days. The rooms also look tired in decor and carpeting. Breakfast was a fairly basic set plate of omelette, tomatoes and cheese with bread and coffee.

Hotel Atlas is basic hotel, near the centar of Novi Pazar. Location is not so nice because he is located in regional highway so it is very loud and noisy. Food is ok, but every morning breakfast is same. Except that, hotel is more than ok. 

Clean and ok for short stay

This hotel has basic facilities but is very clean. We spent there one night on the way to Sarajevo in the summer. There was a wedding on but music and noise stopped after 10 pm.  Staff were friendly,spoke good English and were accomodating to look after our luggage the next day. T
