Butik-Hotel VERDI

Location

Butik-Hotel Verdi is located in the very center of old Sochi and is surrounded by architectural monuments. Directly in front of the club house is the Art Museum, the buildings create a single architectural ensemble. Nearby is Arts Square, as well as within walking distance - the Winter Theater, where artists from the Bolshoi and Mariinsky Theaters perform, and every year the largest Russian festival "Kinotavr" takes place. Opposite the hotel, at the crossroads of Kurortny Prospekt and Sokolov Street, there is a 19th-century house - today it is a monument of urban planning and architecture, which can be seen from the windows of the Butik-Hotel Verdi. Around the hotel there are parks, squares and walking paths with a total area of 30 hectares. Within walking distance are the main objects of urban infrastructure: yacht clubs, spa complexes, Gastroport, where several dozen bars and restaurants are located under one roof.

In the hotel

The hotel is named after the great Italian composer Giuseppe Verdi - the concept of a boutique hotel is based on the atmosphere of art. The common areas are finished with Venetian plaster, each floor has soft zones with musical accompaniment.

On the ground floor of the hotel there is a reception desk as well as 2 elevators: freight and passenger. At the front desk, you can order a concierge service, mail delivery, as well as a transfer service for a fee. The hotel has its own secure parking.

In rooms

Lighting by Ralph Lauren, solid beech furniture and soft Danish carpet underline the boutique concept of the rooms. All rooms are equipped with washing machines, ironing facilities and kitchens, equipped with utensils, cutlery and a coffee machine. Double-glazed windows provide complete sound insulation. Blackout curtains, completely absorbing light when closed, will provide a full-fledged deep sleep for guests. Slippers, a bathrobe and towels are provided for guests' comfort.
