Exclusiv Hotel - is a 3* hotel. We were very satisfied. A free parking space, nice staff. The room was clean, well insulated and big enough, even with refrigerator. The breakfast was also sufficient. Right in the hotel there is also an Italian restaurant.

Very clean, pleasant and affordable hotel. Very comfortable high-quality mattresses and 2 types of pillows to choose from. Little choice for breakfast, simple offer. The coffee was good. The good restaurant on the ground floor is highly recommended, but not part of the hotel.

The rooms are large, bright and very clean. There is a wide selection of breakfast options. The staff is competent, friendly and very helpful. The attached pizzeria (on the ground floor) can only be recommended.

A pleasant surprise

The hotel is about 30 minutes walk from center, in a quite and safe area. The room was big, cheerful colors, very clean. A good price for what it was delivered. I would recommend an improvement of the breakfast.

Very good choice for a moderate budget

We were so excited for the hotel services. The room was clean, big and colorful. The design combine two simple colors, this offers a stylish atmosphere. There was two types of pillows one made from feathers and the other one from sponge. The only weak point point was that in the hotel, during the night, had occured a wedding. The music diturbed US all the night because we were accommodated above the event room.

A beautiful weekend

The big plus of the place is the staff and the cleanliness.
The room was perfect for how tired one gets when they travel for business.
They even have two kinds of pillows - for the clients’ tastes and needs, out of which one was with memory foam.

The minuses are the walls - you can hear absolutely everything the other guests speak and do!
I wasn’t able to fall asleep till 2am, and had to wake up for the airport at 4am! 

Pretty reasonable

This business has both a hotel and a B&B (pensiune). The hotel section has a lift while the B&B section does not. This means that if you are staying in the B&B section, you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs. We stayed in the hotel section so that is what my review will focus on.

This is a new premises (as of 2018) so the building and furniture are all in good condition. The rooms are spacious (please me my photo) but they have minimal provisions. There is a minibar with snacks, but there are no complimentary tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom has a heated towel rack and a hairdryer, and soap and body wash are provided. Everything else, including shampoo and conditioner, are BYO. The TV has a wide range of channels in Romanian, English and French.

The premises has a built-in restaurant and there is another restaurant next door as well. The menu is printed in Romanian, English and German, and the food and décor are authentically Romanian. Buffet breakfast is served on the fourth floor and includes all of the standard western breakfast options.

The hotel is located in the suburbs of Timişoara and is a short drive or tram trip away from the city centre. There are many taxies in the area so it is easy to hail one, and there is a tram station at the end of the street.

A comfortable stay

We paid for one bedroom suite and we got deluxe suite with spa. Staff was very pleasant. Room was very clean. Bads was very comfortable. We have all recommendations for this hotel.
Location was not so great but taxi/uber is not so expensive.

We had pleasant time here

The hotel/pension is located next to the Pizzeria al Caminetto. Parking lot was front but not cornered. Entrance by a staircase so not suitable for handicapped domestic fruit stocks but for the Romanian standard good. Waishe in bathroom changed daily, phones in front like soap and shower gel. Comfortable rooms with good mattress, phone, mini bar, desk, cupboard and ferret. The floors are served with an elevator. The rooms are locked with an electric card. Light switched on with people's pressures. The reception is very friendly, staff for the fruit stocks are less accurate. I was really pleased with the prices but also to see.

Surprisingly good

We only stayed one night but it has far exceeded expectations. Very clean, quite a comfortable bed, a rich breakfast. We were very well served so I recommend it. You can park in the back alone if the car is not too big.
