I would not recommend Hotel
Oriel: double beds only, no twins, but with a single duvet only to cover two people. No additional duvets forthcoming despite asking. 
Sheet had cigarette burn in it. 
The hotel smells of smoke and cheap air freshener. Many rooms look onto a brick wall and down into rubble from the aforementioned brick wall. The temperature inside is super hot, so you melt. 
Breakfast however was fresh and a pleasant continental mix of cheeses and meats with fresh bread. Milk was obtained for us to have with the tea. The downstairs lobby provides tea and coffee making as well as a water dispenser. However, if it runs out that's it! They won't necessarily oblige and replace it. 
Hotel Oriel was quite an eye-opener. 

Poor hotel but helpful service

I stayed at this hotel in the fall of 2015. The experience was disappointing. In the room was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I could not sleep with the windows closed. The linen was yellowed and the sheet had stains on it. At night I heard moaning women and men talking loudly in the hallways. The walls are very thin. No wi-fi. When I was at the reception to inform that the cigarette smell was too strong, they told us they would spray the room with some sort of perfume to mask the smell. That's not a solution! As a summary, it was an unpleasant experience and we will not return to Hotel Oriel. I do not recommend!
