They deserved to have -1 rate. Too pricey, no remote control for television (though we already complained it to the front desk, they said that they don't have cable so the television is useless and it seems that they can't do anything with our concerns), no wifi connection, no landline to call immediately the front desk if needed. Such a terrible stay with this hotel. 

THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH IT. 

HOPE IT GETS TO THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT.

TERRIBLE STAY

I'm going back to this hotel for the month of May or I'm staying for a month,in the whole the hotel has a lift because before there was no one,but when you stay long,you have to ask for the room to be done and I think it should be done directly and automatically,the staff as a whole is very helpful except for two people who will recognize each other and who are very uncomfortable and who will take you upstairs,one is at the reception and the other is (I think supervisor) I think it's just two women learn humility and kindness what I think a lot of people need to learn at the reception is the base of the hotel to put Dennis this is not connected to the hotel as well as it is to the hotel rooms of the hotel, and it's very nice to have a few people who are in the hotel and the restaurant, and I hope that the other person who can oversee and supervise this is a very nice part of the hotel, and I think it's a very nice part of the hotel that I think is a lot of the hotel to the hotel, and it's not a nice part of the hotel, but

Hotel in the heart of the city

The hotel itself is very basic, nothing special to mention, the rooms are correct, this is a passenger hotel for a very uninteresting city, one day on site will suffice.

The hotel is on the 3rd floor of an office building directly on a main street. The surroundings are ugly and according to the location it is also very noisy. Ayala and LCC Mall are within walking distance, in the basement there is a 7 eleven kiosk. The room was old and the water in the shower was only dripping, air conditioning was working. The price on the Internet is 150% of the price at the reception. The breakfast is ok, dinner is not served. However, no personal wishes were fulfilled for the guest bar. We did not feel any awkward, departed prematurely and moved to another hotel and also did not feel any more in the old hotel floor. The price of the hotel is on the first floor of the hotel. The hotel is located in the basement of the hotel. The hotel is located in the basement of the hotel, and according to the hotel, there is no air conditioning, but there is no parking space.

Moderate city hotel in central location

We arrived on the overnight bus from Manila with no booking and choose here for our base for a few days. 
They found us a room which was really good value for money for a fan room. 

It's located down by the harbour and very close to the LCC/Ayala mall.

The room's are functional and very quiet at night. 
The staff are all rest friendly and helpful. 

There's so much to explore locally for Mount Mayon, Lignon Hill and various other ruins such as Cagsawa and Daraga.

All are really easy to get to buy jeepney and the drivers willl show you where to get off. 

Really good value room and a great place to stay in town.


Excellent base to explore Legazpi

We've chosen the Deluxe room since it's the only available room. The room has 2 beds but it accomodate 3-4 persons (in our case, we are three so we asked for an additional bed). It's expensive because they lack services. When We asked for a room cleaning, they said we don’t have to because we are only gonna check out in the morning. The room also lacks proper door locks as it only have 1 doorknob. There's no whole in the door where you can see who's knocking before opening the door. They also need more security. The complimentary breakfast is delicious but it's not enough. 

I can only recommend this hotel for solo travellers who are not really staying long inside the hotel, but rather exploring the city and doing outdoor adventures. 

Deluxe room is quite expensive

The hotel is in the gut center of Legaspi City and stone's throw away from malls. There's a 7/11 outlet downstairs.

Rooms are spacious. They allowed me to check-in at 6am for additional price.

Don't be deceived by the outside look of the building. The rooms were apparently recently renovated.

Conveniently located

It's in the centre of Legazpi, it's good as a starting point for moving to different areas both of the town and the surrounding region/towns. Clean hotel, courteous staff. They offer different tours (city tour and provincial tour) if you haven't scheduled anything, but I did a faidate tour taking tricycles and jeep that also stop in front of the hotel.

This is a budget-friendly hotel with really nice, newly renovated rooms in the heart of Legazpi City.  It’s close to everything you need: a convenience store, restaurants, the mall (for food or other necessities), banks, laundry shop, etc..  And if you don’t feel like eating outside, there’s a restaurant at the hotel open for breakfast, lunch, & dinner, which is even more convenient.  The hotel is also close enough to Sleeping Lion / Kapuntukan Hill and the Embarcadero, where you can take a stroll or enjoy food & drinks by the water.  For a view of Mayon Volcano, you can take a quick 5min walk towards Ayala Mall and you can see the majestic volcano from the street.

Budget-friendly hotel in the heart of Legazpi

Stayed here for 2 nights to do a tour to mayon volcano and was a good place to stay. Location is perfect next to the shopping mall and room was spacious and clean! Took an aircon room and think it was a good choice as when i first entered the room without aircon switched on it was extremely hot. Couldn't make it for breakfast both days so can't say anything about it. Staff was nice & friendly so i would stay there again if i ever go back to legazpi.
