I was here over carnival so it was lively. It has everything you want in a hostel which includes good bathrooms, quick WiFi and also a rather nice free breakfast and a full, really clean kitchen. There are a good few areas to sit and relax in and a TV with cable.The staff were friendly and helpful and it's centrally located. I couldn't ask for more.

Great

The hostel is well located near the busterminal. It had ok breakfast with long boiled eggs but no cheese. The beds were comfortable as was the bathroom, although the bin in the dormitory toilet was not emptied every day, together with near tropical temperatures the smell was quite awful. Staff is nice but only one speaks a little English. No drinks  from outside allowed (you can order from the reception at inflated but reasonable price). It has a great outside courtyard with couches and chairs where you can easily meet the occassional other backpacker.

What you'd expect from a good hostel

The hostel is very clean and staff are always ensuring that the standard is maintained, particularly in the well equipped kitchen (2 fridges). Bathrooms also are well maintained and clean. There are facilities for washing and drying clothes. Breakfast is very good including eggs. The dorm only had one bunk the rest were singles. Superb, fast wi-fi everywhere. Clean, well run hostel

This was a really nice hostel. The breakfast was so good (toast, boiled egg, fruit, delicious juice). The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. There was air conditioning on wherever you wanted it in the rooms, which was incredible as it was stiflingly hot while we were there. It was close to everything and we had a great time! Would definitely recommend :) 

Great place, delicious breakfast

The staff is made up of very attentive people, always willing to collaborate, provide information and their treatment is very respectful. The kitchen and the rest of the facilities are very practical and have everything needed. As if it were little, it is possible to meet travelers from different parts of the world and exchange impressions, which is very enriching for any trip. I am very grateful for the week I spent in Keraná and, when I return to the beautiful city of Encarnación, I will definitely stay there again.

Right in the centre of town, just a few steps from the bus station, welcoming, friendly and smiling, full of good advice. Small, clean and well-equipped bedrooms (seats and suites), basic beds. Clean showers with hot water. Very good wifi. Simple breakfast included.

A real pleasure after spending time in a few hostels in Argentina, country or service and often deplorable for the prices. In this hotel you feel good, the team is really nice, the place is quiet, the breakfast is plenty and rather good, the building is super clean, the kitchen is spacious and equipped and contains utensils! A real shock after several months in Argentina. Enjoy

It's perfect.

I visited this hostel in early November 2014, welcome, staff are present and very friendly, beds are comfortable, toilets are very clean and showers, the bus terminal is next door, the city centre is a 5-minute walk from the easy-to-access beach.

A good address

I spent two nights there in the dormitory. Everything was perfect, the hostel seems to be very new, two blocks from the bus terminal and 5 minutes from the beach. The dormitories are spacious, comfortable and clean, the reception is smiling, the kitchen is large and very well equipped. A beautiful terrace for air. The best choice of hostel is Encarnacion without a doubt!
