Very spacious, close to the beach, and good value for money. We checked in late with no issues, and the check-out time was a leisurely 11:00am, which was nice. You do need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner, as the owner provides most toiletries except these. We had a really pleasant stay; we highly recommend this apartment!

Very cool place to stay.The only problem was the bathroom floor  water was everywhere cause shower needs to be boxed in.And bed was in coffin position other than that awesome place I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to chill and relax by the beach.

rented for friends staying from iow and we had a house full they loved the privacy cleanliness and closeness from everything. would definately rent again in the same curcumstances

Nice quiet flat with good facilities. Very convenient location

A surprise. Good one. Much bigger room than a normal hotel room. Pretty comfortable. Only thing was there's no rubbish bin in the room. Overall experience really good. Only a bit far away from amenities.

This property was in a great location. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and not far from lots of places. It has a roomy living area and a nice outlook to the hills.  Unfortunately the fridge needed a clean and the oven was so greasy we didn't use it. We did mention this to the owner, but he didn't respond. With a good clean up it would be a worthwhile place to stay.  The neighbours cat was very friendly!

Great value for money!

If you’re looking for a place that feels like home or staying with a friend this is it. Large lounge area with tv, and even some books on the bookcase, also sink with microwave, toaster and small fridge. Extras like cookies and a coke were a sweet surprise. Separate room with super comfortable bed made it feel more like home. The location was great for us, far end of Papamoa Beach in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the beach. We walked 20 mins. along a ravine to get to shops one evening.

Home away from home

The room was excellent, the lounge was much larger than I thought it would be and the bed was very comfy. It’s only a 5 min walk to the beach and it is located in a very nice neighbourhood. Darren was very helpful and provided plenty of books and games for rainy day activities. I would stay here again.

Great stay. This is the downstairs apartment with property owner upstairs.Heaps of room to spread out.Quite residential area.

Excellent house - beautifully furnished, and so many gadgets! Also a great location - low key, and not too far away from town. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the house. Other than that, amazing and would defo stay again.

Great location and lots of space. Close to everything and sunny in the afternoons.
