Clean and tidy, right in the heart of the Mount. Easy walk to beach, hot pools and mountain

Excellent location opposite The Mount. Safe parking. Safe access to the building. Cleaning not thorough. Fridge was completely frosted up and needed defrosting. Washing machine dispenser full of caked soap and tub needed cleaning. Deck needed cleaning.

The location was excellent. The apartment was lovely and spacious, very clean and modern. Walking distance to the beach, the harbour, the mount and cafes . Helpful and friendly staff

Couldn’t have been in a better location! We wanted to be near Mount Maunganui, and it was practically on our doorstep. We were also literally across the street from the hot pools, had one beach a one-minute walk to our left and another a one-minute walk to our right. We were also surrounded by countless restaurants, stores, and cafes. This unit was spotless, large, laid out wonderfully, and had absolutely everything you could possibly need — even a washer and dryer. The unit had its own assigned parking spot, and the entire property was ultra safe, with fobs to open doors and gates after hours. I would stay here again without question and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.

We had been traveling all day, apparently property messaged through Expedia, I didn’t get the message regarding check in. There was no one available to check us in and we were from out of the country so had a hard time calling out.  A passerby was kind enough to call the property for us.  The gentleman that checked us in was less than happy to get us checked in.  We were exhausted from our travels and so in need of sleep.  In the end all was well, but this property has shorter check in hours.  The room was great!

This refurbished property was in an awesome location one block back from ocean beach and everything in wwaling distance.It is spacious, practical , very comfortable bedding, well equipped kitchette, spacious bathroom with combined laundry. Good to have a deck though outlook is not very private with imposing building site.Staff very efficient.

Turned up early as was able to park my car which was really good as I didn’t want to have to park on the street. Handy location to beach, pools & cafes, & walking distance to Main Street Mount, I had a car park in the basement and parking was easily accessible to my room, had a studio apartment which was nice and clean, and a decent size bathroom too, a drier was provided, tea, coffee, & hot chocolate was provided but unfortunately there was no milk.

Great one night stay

This accommodation was booked by the company that arranged our tour.  It was a comfortable room - like a studio apartment and there was a washer/dryer in the bathroom which we didn't use but others in our group were thrilled to have in their rooms.  Everything was clean.  The bathroom had a walk-in tub/shower but no fan, so things got humid very quickly.  There was only a window to exhaust humidity.  It is right across from Mt. Maunganui.

Interesting place

My husband and I booked here last weekend just to get away for a couple of nights, we found the staff very friendly and accommodating, Our room was clean and tidy, I have one fault and that is wooden blinds over the sliding door to the balcony, they aren’t the lightest of blinds and screeched terribly pulling them up each time, net curtains and drapes would work better over a sliding door, Location is great, town is a short walk away, hot pulls directly opposite Motel, we would definitely stay here again..

Friendly and Accommodating 

Visiting the family and not wanting to impose on anyone we found the resort to be clean, in a good location and value for money considering other options in the same area. Right opposite the thermal pools we were a bit disappointed that we didn't have time this trip to fit in a visit. We had a studio apartment. Bed was very comfortable and although the decor was a bit dated the room had everything we needed and being at the back our unit was very quiet too. We particularly appreciated the secure underground parking included in the tariff of $160. One small negative was that the only wi-fi available was down in reception.
