We had a weekend in a detached holiday home on the site. The park is beautifully laid out, especially the location on the water. We liked the reception (very friendly) and it was immediately cleared up. Unfortunately, the swimming pool for a family with children was more than enough. The local supermarket is well equipped, gastronomy has not been tested. Why then only three stars? 1. When we arrived our house was full of dog hair. Even on the couch.

Great place to stay.

It's a very quiet place to relax. It's a great place to relax. There's no noise and everything conveys peace. The apartment is very well equipped and is very spacious. With beautiful views. Totally recommended.

Absolutely gorgeous views. Such a nice place. The comfort accommodation we stayed in was first class. Excellently equipped kitchen. Loads of room. Great location. Lovely walks. Pool not great but ok. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic place to visit

We had a very large appartment on the 1st floor overviewing the Landal Park and the harbour.  Perfect location for cycling to the Oostvaardersplassen and nice small villages like Elburg, Harderwijk, Urk, Almere, … The resort has an indoor and ourdoor swimming pool and play room for children.

Perfect location for cycling in Flegoland

Stayed in a ground floor apartment so didn't have quite the view I hoped for but it was clean, large and whole area beautiful.
Walked around the main site and houses and they all looked lovely!
Indoor pool never got too full though outdoor pool was quite small. Snack shop good but didn't use restaurants on site.
The floors/ceiling are not soundproof so we had to endure a drunk domestic on our first night which is why I can't justify a 5.
Used site as a base to visit the area and would happily use other Landal sites in future.

Beautiful location, good facilities!

We booked 4 houses for big group.
1. Make sure that the houses you booked are the actual reserved one.
2. Do it direct with the village and not with the agent.
3. The reception hour are limited so arrived before that
3. The grocery store in the entrance is well equipped.
4. The rooms does not have AC.
5. Kitchen is well equipped but not for BBQ.
6. No hair drier.

Few helpful tips 

Be informed before going with this property and ask lots of questions (i.e. amenities, transportation, restaurants, luggage help, etc)  This "resort" is NOT what we Americans are used to having as a Resort.  This is more of a vacation home where you bring your own coffee, soap, towels, and toilet paper.  All this was hard to bring with us as we had arrived after a 12 hour flight.  It is approximately 1 to 1-1/2 hour from airport, depending on traffic.  Cab was super expensive!!  Get your own car as this is not really a resort as we would interpret it. BTW, I have a closet bigger than the master bedroom.  We also had to make our own beds.
  

I have no hesitation in recommending this so called Resort to friends, as long as they know what they are getting into.  

Know what you are getting

We had an excellent stay here and would definitely go back. Everything was as shown on the website and we enjoyed the enclosed sunroom. We had a car rental so even know we were not close to Amsterdam we were able to drive to parking areas and take the park and ride to Amersterdam.

Amsterdam Vacation

I was working with a group of 20 people in a holiday home in the park. The rooms were very nice and the bathrooms were very clean. The park is excellent for walking. The house has a terrace where you can barbecue and eat comfortably. The kitchen is designed for large groups and has all the necessary equipment.
