We booked this hotel via agoda. Location is near Bagan centre. You can rent electric bikes to discover Bagan for whole day. They can help you to book shuttle bus to Indle or Mandalay. Staffs are so friendly. I think this place was value for money.

Lovely place

The price of the room for 3 was a bit more expensive than other places that we stayed in Myanmar, however compared to other places in Bagan, it was reasonable. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were in good condition, and the breakfast buffet was decent. The staff wasn't particularly friendly but they were helpful. They booked a bus for us as well as rented us electric bikes (see photo). Although they aren't great, the bikes are an excellent way to get around Bagan as it is so vast. I would definitely stay at Hotel Blazing again 

Perfect for Budget Travel

All accommodation prices are inflated in the Bagan area, but we actually felt this one was decently priced and it was actually quite comfortable. The rooms were large, air conditioning worked well enough to let us sleep and the staff were very helpful with providing recommendations for places to visit, renting us bikes and booking our onward bus ticket. 

The location is maybe the best feature, there are plenty of restaurants just outside of the hotel to choose from.

Wifi is weak, but that's everywhere in Myanmar.

Excellent place to stay on a budget.

We stayed here for 1 night in Bagan. If the room is available, U can checkin soon for free and check out late just with 10.000 kyats. 

The hotel staff are all friendly and willing to help with many useful infomations. Our room has a small balcony where can sit and drink coffee, towards a nice garden.

We hired e-bike at this hotel for good price and visit around Bagan. It located in Old Bagan so it's easy to reach the temples there. There are many restaurants around the hotel, so easy to hang out for meal or u can order at the hotel also. 

Good hotel to stay

We came here more by choice than by choice. The night bus had tried to drop us off in the city around 2am. The reception of the guesthouse we had chosen was closed until 5am, we didn't want to wait for 3 hours doing nothing in the middle of the night. When we got to the hotel, the night host told us that there were only rooms for a minimum of $35 while the online booking sites said otherwise. So we booked a normal room in front of him at (still) $28. We thought we would finally be able to finish our night when he told us that we had to wait for the reception! However, he offered us a bed on the floor... The rooms are at noon and before lunch. As it was impossible to use the bathroom underneath the bathroom.

Expensive and dirty

The hotel has positive points: - location close to many restaurants, - friendly staff and understands English, - nice exterior on the other hand when you enter the detail, it's a joke... : - the rooms are disgusting (carpet that takes off, indefinite traces on the walls, odors on the bath towels), - in our first room the shower that doesn't flow, in our second room no hot water, - it didn't work - the Wi-Fi almost didn't work in two days, - only two TV channels with bugs (and a channel that the reception wants to change, and which cuts us into a film when a family wants to film), - and finally she didn't want to go into the windows or the windows, and I don't want to cover the whole establishment, and I recommend you understand:)

Berk, you know what?

I was really disappointed with my move to the blazing. yet with 2 bedrooms for 2 nights I could have hoped to get special attention... despite an early check-in request I had to wait many hours at the reception for our rooms to be ready. plus I had reserved rooms in the patio and we had rooms in the building behind the floor.

Really disappointed

Nice landscaping, lots of trees and beautiful single + double storey buildings. Breakfast features some choice of decent local fare, fruits, white toast with jam and butter, refillable coffee/tea/orange juice. It will definitely fill you up.

Room was clean, with good supplies and bottled water. My hot shower was barely lukewarm. There were 1-2 brief power outages both nights we stayed here. There is also TV in the room, with CNN and 1 cable movie channel.

Not wheelchair accessible as there are at least 3 steps to enter room and dining veranda. Request to stay on ground level if cannot climb many steps.

Comfortable, good location, friendly service 

The rooms are in need of some renovation but are still clean. The premises are beautifully green and clean. You can also rent mopeds and bicycles here and you are right on the street with super restaurants:)

Great location and good service

It is not possible to say the same about bathrooms, sometimes without water. Beautiful verandahs with garden available. Quiet environment.
