Simply exceptional. Ali (local ENT surgeon/ owner) and his team are all very friendly from the moment you are greeted and throughout the stay. They will do anything for you. Very easy to find, just a 15min walk from the Rabat Ville Station through the Medina, or a 2min walk from the Taxi drop off point. Very modern and well maintained property, so unbelievably clean. Ali has owned the main property for 12yrs, and then knocked through into a neighbours he acquired a few years ago. The original is a modern style and the latter an authentic style, which is where our room "Jasmine" was. Room was perfect, very clean, comfortable, authentic style, windows and doors to a small courtyard featuring a fountain and open to the sky 2.5 stories above. Room features king bed, AC, small TV with wifi / netflix, prime etc.... bathroom with private toilet, sink and shower. Breakfast included was amazing, fresh, and a selection of local breads, fruits and yogurts with omlettes to order. This is for sure the best place to stay in Rabat and one of the best places we have stayed - and that's saying something! The roof garden could have done with a couple of sun loungers, instead of having to sunbathe on the grass lawn. Also consider something simple and quirky like a pen, paper and small bell on a string so you can request water, beers and drinks from the roof through the atrium to reception !! But seriously, absolutely nothing wrong with this place whatsoever.
