Boumalne Dades

Like most riads the exterior gives no indication of the inside. The rooms are well  furnished with some antiques and the beds are comfortable, at least our’s was. Everything works and the bathrooms are especially stylish in a Moroccan manner, our bathroom had twin copper basins!
It’s amazing they’ve been able to fit 5 bedrooms, a swimming pool, relaxing area, dining room and kitchen into the premises - and roof terraces of course. 
The location is on the main road but the sound doesn’t intrude.
Rashid, the manager, is extremely pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for him. He also acts as the chef and produced an excellent dinner.
You need your own transport, we didn’t have any and had to rely on taxis - not ideal.
Recommended but only if you have your own wheels.

Good place to stay between Boumalne and Tinghir

When we arrived and realised the riad was far from the town we were concerned about the standard of the accommodation but we were absolutely wrong. This is a hidden gem. The proprietor is so welcoming and kind. There is a sauna and a jacuzzi which we had to ourselves- what a treat.  We could see the beautiful starry night sky from the jacuzzi. The rooms are lovely with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was beautiful, a stack of fresh crepe style pancakes plus so much more. The best breakfast we’ve had in Morocco. The children got to feed the turtles and play on the piano after swimming in the beautiful pool. There’s a shop next door which was helpful. 
Even though we were there less than 24 hours it was a total treat. We loved our stay, if you are travelling in the area definitely use this as your base.

Excellent surprise

Very beautiful old house, very well maintained and restored. Exceptional habitat, decoration with real beautiful antique objects. Quality materials, almost a museum! swimming pool possibility (not in December!), hammam. Excellent reception. Very quiet and quiet place although on the roadside, because you live inside the riad. Very good breakfast, complete, and meals. Excellent itinerary advice. Halfway between Boulmen and Tinghir (the two valleys and gorges of the Todra and Dadès).

Very nice house, fantastic decoration, perfect location, excellent reception!

In order to stand between the two spectacular gorges of the Dades and Todra on the Way of the Thousand Kasbahs, we decided to take advantage of this structure by following, for once, not the suggestions of L.P. but those of the Tripadvisor reviewers. We found ourselves in an authentic riad although renovated by a French owner and manager. The structure is comfortable and well maintained, even a Jacuzzi tub and a sauna available to guests.

A good location between the gorges of the Dades and those of the Todra

I literally fell in love with this small but complete riad! It's isolated, of course, it's a classic stopover for a single night, but it leaves you feeling the peace that I miss. The people who run it are so delicate, so sweet that you almost feel sorry to leave them. And then the kitchen is spectacular, we ate a T-bone to the arm that I still dream of!

Love at first sight

I'm really surprised because nothing corresponds to the notice stated. When I arrived in Riyadh there is no one. When this one arrives she seems a little lost. No dinner at night because the cook is sick. Logically breakfast is served at 8:00, we arrived at 8:30 and no one. We had to wait until 9:15 to be served 6 unfortunate pancakes, coffee and orange juice.

Doesn't match the opinion

During our trip to Tinghir (to explore the Tondra and Gages Gorge), two friends, my wife, little son and I stayed for two nights in the Riad Timadrouine. In general the riad is nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The free WiFi was ok but not great (quite common in Morocco). Our host Rachid was really kind and gave us a lot of useful hints on Tinghir and the surrounding area (especially Tondra and Gages Gorge). Last but not least, every morning Rachid made us a delicious breakfast.
The riad is close to Tinghir (approximately 20 km away) and a perfect starting point to explore the city and both the Dades and Tondra Gorge. A small grocery shop is next to the riad, for restaurants and bigger shops it is better to go to Tinghir.
The only minor point of criticism was our arrival. We arrived two hours earlier than the check-in time and as it is not the main season for this area, nobody was available in the riad. Therefore we were not even able to get in. In the end it was not too bad, we drove to Tinghir and spent the waiting time there.
All in all, we really had a good time at the Riad Timadrouine and we would definitely stay there again.

Nice riad and great staff

A typical well-maintained rig in restored clay. The hit is the jacuzzi, which is a nice reward after excursions on cool days. Unfortunately, opposite is a really icy pool. The local team is very friendly and friendly.

What an exceptional place this is. We were the only guests the night we stayed. The man in charge, his name is Rashid, I believe, was wonderful. Everything we needed was given to us. He made the most delicious dinner for us and breakfast. What a delight. Shoukran, Rashid.

Amazing stay

Very nice place: a very spacious and comfortable room. On the ground floor there is a jacuzi, a hamam and a sauna. Delicious dinner. Rachid the owner of the place is very kind and helpful. Our most beautiful place in Morocco!
