The bedrooms are clean and in line with the photos. The bed is very comfortable. And the outside noise is that little despite a central position is two steps from the park and less than a mile from the bus station. The staff is friendly and helpful, but they don't speak English and I don't speak much Spanish which has created misunderstandings especially for breakfast which note was a little too salty for my taste. So be wary of extras

Good quality price for accommodation

Our stay here was very pleasant. All areas where clean. Great value for money, the room was as shown in the pictures, very comfortable bed & pillows, our balcony had a view in the indoor garden of the place with the little fountain so it was quiet and serene even thought it is located in the centre of the town. The stuff were very very polite and helpful, they even let us keep our luggage there after our check-out free of charge for a couple of hours!  Next doors there is an amazing restaurant (huge portions and very tasty) called Tiranjas so we didn’t have to look much for food.

Beautiful relaxing place

Stayed a week to enjoy Palenque, this place was more than asked for.
Good location, set up a tour for me, wifi was excellent, hot shower, good wifi.  The staff was very helpful, they even let me into my room at 8am when I ADO bus was early.  Bernardo at the front was especially fantastic, helped me with everything around town!

Stayed a week; great place

The bed sheets had large stains on them. The street noise was very loud, as if the room had no windows at all. At 2:00 am on a Monday, some people decided it would be a good idea to start singing Karaoke half a block away from the hotel, everything was audible. When I asked hotel staff about it, they said its normal, and that I should try to ignore it.

Third world room and amenities. Toilet was horrible and no hot water even.

Attractive exterior.  Rooms are sufficient. “Hot water” in shower is room temperature. Reserved 2 double beds but got a single. WiFi only works in Courtyard, not in rooms.  After being in Palenque a couple nights, we found better hotels at the same price.

Actually we stayed here 3 nights, the first night and then two more after 4 days. We returned because we found each other very good. If you want to spend little and find yourself well this is a good alternative to the cabanas in the middle of the jungle. The hotel is 30 meters from the main road leading to the main square ((5 min). Consider that in Palenque city there is not much so you are in the super center. Restaurants and cafes with bissezfe, very close to the most hospitable area for gourmet restaurants. Good room, very large with two double beds, every day they change soap and give a little bottle of water. Decrease the water pressure. There is no parking but it is easy to find in front or away from the reception. The reception has always been really nice for the same price. The hotel is very nice but with a nice lunch included in the hotel.

Nice place downtown.

We came to see various accommodation options and in the end we decided to choose this hotel, it is clean, beautiful and decorated with local art, it has all the amenities and even offered me a first aid kit that I needed for something simple.

And interesting since the entrance!

The staff is really attentive and friendly. This is not a 5 star hotel, so don't expect luxury. However, it is very comfortable, clean, and affordable! The restroom can use an upgrade, but you will find all basic amenities here. They offer excellent breakfast at affordable prices. It is centrally located in Palenque downtown and is convenient to nearby restaurants, shops and the plaza.

Comfortable accommodation with friendly and attentive staff

Posada Kin is 4 story hotel that is located just around the corner from the central square of Palenque. If you travel by ADO busses - bus station is 10 minutes walk away. All the souvenir shopping places are located on the neighboring streets. 
I found hotel satisfying for the price I paid. It was a very budget accommodation. Breakfast is not included but can be purchased. They have a small cozy seating area on the ground floor that is open in the morning and where breakfast can be served. 
I lived in the room on 4th floor, which is the top level. The roof and walls are open to sunlight all day, so it gets hot. I had A/C running all the time I stayed in the room. 
I had an issue with a showerhead, which I failed to report to receptionist. I had tours almost all day and in the evening was so tired I didn't care. All rooms have wi-fi (wasn't fast, but it was working), TV, A/C unit and a ceiling fan.
Please note that not many people speak English in Palenque. Hotel staff didn't speak any English. So it's advisable to learn some basic phrases in Spanish prior to travelling to the region.
