Very nice garden paradise tucked away in Cuernavaca!  Very helpful staff and easy parking onsite.  Would definitely stay again!

The property was very clean . The pools were nice and functional . Good breakfast , but limited items in the menu. Very attentive staff .

A very cozy hotel in downtown Cuernavaca. Service is excellent. Delicious food in Restaurant Amaranto. Alejandro, the hotel concierge, is very helpful and kind.

This is an oasis in a noisy and dirty city. It is well located and provides a relatively quiet and well maintained garden atmosphere with a nice dining spot and good breakfast. The staff fixed our lack of hot water quickly. I enjoyed a refreshing swim in the delightful if small pool.

Loved it great staff & service totally recommend!

I'm giving this property five stars due to the helpful and kind people who worked here, the comfortable bed, the breakfast, and the property's overall aesthetic appeal. Overall the location is ideal. I will state that due to precaution in the area, this hotel was the best to stay as close to the historical center, in order to see Hernan Cortez's castle, and nearby good restaurants. I would caution anyone to go over 10 miles radius from this location. If you stay nearby, even at night you will due fine. There are good restaurants and bars within walking distance to this hotel. As far as amenities, this hotel does not provide wash cloths, which I know Americans like. I personally went out to a city market and purchased a luffa sponge. The only other thing that this hotel doesn't provide, and it is an utter inconvenience is a hairdryer. None of the rooms here have a hair dryer, and I discovered (with wet hair) I had to visit the front desk who had the hair dryers under lock and key. I had no idea, but I guess this area considers hair dryers like i-Phones?

We stayed at Mesón de las Delicias for a few days and loved the hotel itself. It is a cute little hotel with lots of tropical plants (greenery). The staff is really friendly and willing to help you with your requests. The only bad thing I can note is that they have their own restaurant inside the hotel and you have to share a small parking lot with hotel guests and attendees of the restaurant.

The Hotel is Beautiful and all the staff is super friendly  andHelpful.  The breakfast  included is awesome and the overall food of the restaurant tastes great.The only complaint  i would have is that Netflix and the other streaming apps don't qork on the TV and that the Pool was closed sometimes because they were putting chemicals on it so i couldn't go in .

Close to center of downtown, walkable to city center. Location is convenient. One block to the bus station to from Mexico city. Staff is super nice, though they don't speak English very well, but we can communicate by Google translate without problem.The breakfast start from 9AM, It's bit too later since I have to go at 8AM.Everything else is good.

Without a doubt the best choice, the stay was very pleasant and relaxing, the property is just a block from catedral or you plaza de armas or museums.. All the staff is extremely nice starting with Yoli at front desk to everyone working in restaurant and room services; they all went above and beyond to provide us with a great stay.
