Worst service on the beach, the girl informs you that if you consume a few steps from the restaurant area hotel beach you have to rent up to the table to serve the food, if not rent it out where you can, everything is taken in disposable, consider more pollution and zero contribution to the ecology as a hotel.

Not enough attention.

We visited the hotel because from the photos on your page we thought it was a very nice place, although the apartment where we stayed is well equipped and comfortable, the hotel facilities are in very poor condition, one of the buildings looks like an abandoned place, it needs a lot of maintenance, we are traveling with two minors and in their photos they show that there is a very nice area for children on the beach but the reality is that it no longer serves, it is falling apart.... Of the beach you can't even talk because there are too many rocks, in short I wouldn't recommend it and I wouldn't return, really that the hotel is bad and the price-quality ratio is better or worse because it is expensive for what you see in the facilities.

There is no regression.

The facades of the buildings with the super deteriorating paint and the floors of the balconies are already dead.

EL personal is super friendly and cute.

It's actually the third time I've been here but the service is terrible the restaurant closes at 8 pm the pool today doesn't serve, so don't come. additionally this season there are red tobacco and black tobacco in all their horrible capacity full of bites. don't let them do anything or you will have a good time. better hope there are good comments again before you go.

The worst customer service ever.

We have visited the place twice and sadly it has been lowering the quality of the staff service and the cleanliness of the hotel.The staff that cares for you is not qualified to provide the necessary doubts and without warning that you cannot pay by card is something indispensable, the internet is very bad in the rooms, the beach has a lot of stone and sargasso, which was not so before.The pool water was very dirty.The facade of the hotel has been neglected.It would be important that you take into account these details as it is a beautiful place to rest, but I would not return for this kind of inconvenience.Also, they should have a store for anything that you forget and do not go to Champotón, since the transport must be by car because there are no taxis to go to the hotel.

Holy week holidays

The color of the beach is wonderful and the facilities are well maintained, we would definitely return with the whole family.

Incredible the scenery and facilities.

After a week in the apartments next to the hotel, I was quite disappointed with the place. The hotel people were quite useless. We couldn't rent kayaks because the day we wanted was not served, after asking days before to arrange plans. The hotel gave us cereal in the restaurant. The condominium pool had iguana stools around for the 7 days we were there, I mean the same stools. Nobody cleans that area for a whole week! Taxis cost you 1000 pesos in Campeche and there is no place to buy water that is not the hotel. A car is absolutely necessary if you don't stay at the hotel or if you don't bring everything from the Champs. The beach has so much potential. The beach is still so pretty and we could still get a good experience beyond it. I hope no one else had any experience.

Quite disappointed!

The place is beautiful, the rooms inside are quite nice, the number of rooms and bathrooms is perfect. The exterior of the building is quite careless. The hotel is quite nice. The restaurant's food is very rich, only a little expensive and the attention of the wonderful staff, specifically Manuel's. The sea view is more than beautiful, however there is a lot of stone in that area.

Relaxation and tranquility.

My overall experience at AAK BAL was good. The beach is exceptional for this area. There isn’t a lot of beauty in Champotón as the City is very old and poverty stricken. To find a development like this just 20 minutes away was a pleasant surprise. The photos of the buildings must be old as the building are showing their age. The facility is nice but not very well kept. It’s has the potential to be quite grand but needs some TLC. It appears they ran out of money mid way through the development as many building set unfinished. The inside of our unit was quite nice a very spacious 3 bedroom penthouse. The beach was amazing. Well kept and quite beautiful. A little disappointed that you are required to rent chairs to enjoy the beach. 100 pesos for five hours. The pool was beautiful and well kept. My biggest disappointment was the beach restaurant. Average food at best and super expensive. I’ve had way better food for half the price. The Resturant could be amazing but was vacant except for our family. Outside of Cancun or Cozumel I haven’t seen a more beautiful beach than this one. It was spectacular.   Very well kept. Good views and super clean.   Our family enjoyed the facilities and as I said the place has the potential to be grand. I hope that someone comes in with some funding before it runs down beyond salvageable.

Beautiful beach but facilities in run down condition.

This place is beautiful, some how or originally oils have of been fantastic but it hasn’t been maintained. The resort seems like it ran out of money and is completely empty. The building and apartments are cute our suite was really nice and the beach is beautiful but the pool need mainlanders. This place is nice for a family and you are on a budget. The food is good and the people that work here are really nice. This place could be magnificent if they put a little more money into it and the place was better maintained .
